Our other transportation fell through, so in desperation we contacted Century Limousine as we were getting ready to board our flight. And THEN we heard about the protests at LAX over the immigration ban which heightened our awe over the fact that it was NO PROBLEM at all to get picked up by a driver at midnight on a Sunday with no notice. That is my definition of GREAT SERVICE, and I will definitely be using Century any time I need transportation services.

Right now the limited flight options are the only downside, but if more routes are added someday, this airport would be hard to beat for convenience.

My eldest daughter and I flew out of this terminal to start our Midwest Route 66 trip this past June 2026. TSA check-in process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. Staff was professional and friendly. Terminal waiting areas were very clean and well kept. Restrooms were spotless and well stocked. A good selection of quick-bite and full menu eateries and various vending machines. Einstein Bros. Bagels and Chick-fil-A are my go-tos. I have yet to use one of the vending machines. Maybe one day I will check them out just for kicks. Charging ports are available throughout the terminal for customer use which is always appreciated. Thank you! Daily parking at Lot 5 & 6 may be the most budget-friendly. It's a short walk to Terminal 4. Other lots may be closer, but they cost a bit more due to its location convenience. Free airport shuttles do come by each lot for pick-up and drop-off. If you're good on time, just wait for the shuttle. If you're in a hurry, I would suggest you walk or run as it may be faster. ONT will always be my go-to international airport! Thank you ONT!! For the price of a nightly rate, the hotel is worth it. It has an elevator, a gym, free parking, and lots of food/grocery options near by. On Sundays, they let a church use the conference area. What surprised me the most was how good the free breakfast was that is included with the stay. I haven't had a hotel breakfast in a long time and it's an art that has either disappeared or the hotel has cut corners.

The hallways and common areas are always clean and tidy. We had several of our presenters leaving on super early flights and wouldn't be able to get breakfast. They gave them breakfast bags to go. Nothing fancy--basically some of the portable food from the breakfast, but that small effort went a long way towards making our presenters happy which made us--the organizers--happy too. The location is right off the 91 so it's centrally located to wherever you're going in Riverside. The two places for improvement would be (1) for them to have more non-pork options for breakfast (turkey bacon at least) and (2) addressing some of the rooms which showed notable signs of age and wear--particularly the bathrooms (sink, shower). I would take off half a star but yelp only allows whole stars. So it's either a 4 or 5. Quite frankly, I think the customer service a hospitality outweighs a few cosmetic issues in the vanity. So 5 stars it is! Besides, they appeared to be renovating several of the rooms so I trust they will have them all done by the next time we come. We absolutely intend to use them again and would recommend them to others.
