This is a great place for children and adults to take Kung Fu lessons with them offering many…read moreavailable and flexible hours. They will teach your child skills while at the same time teaching them self confidence, discipline, focus and respect. It's a great way to get physically fit through things such as strength, coordination and flexibility training. I've met a few of the instructors and they were very kind and genuinely interested in helping your child master these skills. It's a great thing for the kids socially as well they also get to work at their own pace without any pressure from others. The same principle apply to the adult Kung Fu classes. Adult kickboxing classes are also available for those interested. Nee's has been serving the community for almost 40 years which is a true testament as to what they believe in which is to bring out the best in each of the lives they touch. Classes aren't inexpensive but there are some things you just can't put a price on.
