We did have to call him back later because we realized that due to some plastic sealing that was cut to install the fans and was not re-sealed, we experienced a lot of water leakage through our master bathroom's fan during the winter. Andy did come back to seal the fans as a 2nd job. We did have to pay for the 2nd visit, but like the 1st visit, his rates were fair.

Rob answered in a timely manner, requested more information and several photos to evaluate the job. He came up with a plan and costs that fit my budget. Set a date for work and he was on time and ready to work. Also had a few smaller jobs he was able to do for me at the same time. Very pleased with his work ethic along with what I felt was a fair cost for labour and parts supplied. I will be calling him again when I need future work.
