Multiple voicemails/text/emails (both to the main business number and business owner's personal phone) requesting communication over the course of 6 weeks with zero response. Finally called Williamson County Judge late February 2021 only to find that no one had even been in contact with their office regarding my ticket. It is March 2021, still no response from Ticket Busters. I am now out $175.00 and am now handling my ticket directly with Williamson County myself...a hard lesson learned.

I was going with the flow of traffic since I am not from around there and I was the slowest one in the fast lane. Anyways, I got written up and then had to fly back to Los Angeles. Didn't have time to deal with the ticket and didn't want it to affect my insurance in CA. So I hired T&V to take care of it. The price isn't the cheapest but they got the job done. What they can improve on is communication. You pay them and never hear from them again and aren't really responsive via email. It's probably better to just call them for an update. I am guessing they are just pretty busy. I got a letter in the mail this week saying everything is resolved. Just don't get another ticket in SA for 120 days, which is definitely possible since I am in CA.
