It's very refreshing to come across a business that not only says what they do, but when they will do it. My gimbal was having some connectivity issues. Anita and team quickly assessed the situation and kept me updated every step of the way, and explained the steps they were taking to fix my drone. I received text updates as well as email updates. They are diligent about getting drones up and running in record time. I appreciate this business very much. My photography business is time-sensitive. They show that they care about their customers and also about their business practice. Also, it is reassuring that they are experienced professionals with handling service on DJI Inspire One. You don't find many repair shops like this, which is why I drove 40 miles out of my way to make sure I bring my drone to the right people. I highly recommend this business to Inspire One pilots. Fixacrash will take good care of your drone. read more

Anita is great - she's fixed a couple of my drones and she even told me when there was something she couldn't fix. In that instance, she referred me to DJI in hopes that they would have it under warranty and VOILA, it was fixed for free! Highly recommended service. read more

I have a DJI- Mavic -pro platinum, I thought I had broke the cameras Gimble, turns out it was fine. FixAcrash could have easily ripped me a new one and charge me for a repair that wasn't needed. "THEY DIDN'T, They are very HONEST and I really appreciate that. This place is absolutely wonderful the customer service is unsurpassed. They are very knowledgeable, patient, fast fun and very friendly. I would absolutely five stars plus recommend fixAcrash for the repair of your drone. They not only repaired my drone but educated me. They calibrated and test flew my drone and got it back to me in a timely manner, for a very reasonable price. read more

I use my drone in remote locations for my Real Estate business when I can't get a professional photographer to travel to the site. I have been flying my Mavic Air since 2018 but not very frequently. Two weeks ago it would not fly and needed a software update. I called DJI and spoke to the customer service in China. They assured me that, although they have discountinued support of the Mavic Air, they would send me a link to get an update. No luck and no further repsonse. I called another company in New Jersey and they said to send the drone to them and they would repair it for free but they were not helpful in doing any trouble-shooting even when I told them there was nothing wrong with it except needing an update. Justs end it in, they said. That is when I called Fizacrash and spoke to Anita. She told me how to get an update on my iPad which would allow my drone to fly. In less than ten minutes I was flying. Anita is awesome and this customer service experience is amazing. If you ever have any trouble with your drone...CALL ANITA at 415.715.4821. This IS the only call you need to make, period. Thank you Anita...I have been stressing about this for two weeks and you made my day. read more

I had a problem with my mavic pro's gimbal not calibrating . I've spoken and consulted two other drone repair companies that have quoted me prices that seem unreasonable and Repair solutions that seemed inappropriate for the problem I was describing . I worked with Anita and her recommendations were spot on . She walked me through everything step by step. Kept me updated regularly . Apart from fixing my drone, they even provided services that were not initially part of the repair price , for free. it was such a pleasure working with these people. My drone, now , is fixed and working like new. I would've paid twice for the kind of service they have provided me. The consistent 5 star rating tells it all. Anita and fix a crash deserves 10 star rating even:]. read more

I've used FixaCrash 3 times now to repair my DJI Phantom, and every time the repair and service experience was incredible. I can't recommend them highly enough. Anita is on top of her game and each time they made a repair they sent my drone back in perfect condition. They NEVER overcharge and with my latest repair it turned out to only be a $3.00 part. They could have made this repair much more expensive but thus far I have experienced a very honest and trustworthy service team that is always available to help. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. read more

My son scrimped, saved, purchased a Mavic Pro and after a few weeks of spectacular flights and footage, hit a simple hedge that damaged the gimbal. I looked at my options, passed on what seemed to be some 'sketchy' local options/craigslisters, and decided to go with Fixacrash. I can't say enough positive things about them. I'm in the south-south bay and had to work out logistics but they were very accommodating. Once they diagnosed the issue and cost, they patiently waited while my son scrimped and saved to pay for the repairs. (life lesson). Their communication and commitment to quality and integrity make it well worth the time and effort, and I believe they're less costly than the 'ship it back/forth' repair options too. I rushed to my niece's graduation and spent an eternity looking for parking. Finally found parking and got my Mavic Air setup and ready to go. I heard the introductory music playing and tried to get flying quick only to fly straight into a big tree branch above me. ARGH. Just broken landing gear after it fell from the tree... I didn't want to mess with it and found Fixacrash on Yelp. Anita got the parts and my drone back in the air in a reasonable amount of time! Thorough and very professional. FixaCrash is the best drone repair service I've ever found. They communicated ever step of the way. They even answer the phone! From delivery to assessment (and quote) , and from repair to return home delivery - they never left me hanging or wondering what was going on. The turn around was the fastest I've ever experienced (so that loss of jobs is as minimal as possible). And the price could not be beaten anywhere in North America. These folks are as professional as it gets - and the quality of customer service is second to none. FixaCrash is top of the mark. Competent, communicative, skilled, and spot on. FixaCrach Rocks! Anita is a magician... I have a Mavic Platinum Pro which I got stuck in a tree. When I got it back from the tree saver folks, i had a nasty issue with the video transmission back to the remote (SD card video and images were fine, but strange green screen issue on DJI App video feed). I did not want to send to DJI for service, and a quick google search came up with FixaCrash and Anita's awesome reviews. Called her up, explained the issue, and she said "send it my way, we will see what we can do." So easy, fast, and customer service & communication was exceptional. Ends up I needed a new circuit board, and from time I called her, to time I got the drone back it was about a week. Happy flier again. I would not hesitate to contact Anita again for any drone fixes. read more

Due to a pilot error, I damaged the front rotor on my Mavic 2 Pro. I mailed my drone to Anita who promptly & expertly replaced the rotor arm. The drone repair business is a little like car repair shops. You've got the car dealerships who charge you an arm and a leg while fixing the wrong thing, and then you've got the rare super honest mechanic shop that fixes things right the first time for a super reasonable price. FixaCrash is that rare super honest mechanic shop. Anita let me know when I didn't need repairs when I thought I really messed something up. She even refused payment for diagnosis. A+ service, A+ timeliness, A+ communications. She has almost all parts in stock, even for the Mavic 2 Pro. Will bring my drone again (but hoping I won't have to!) read more

Amazing Professional Service, Best Repair prices, and most importantly incredibly knowledgeable in regards to DJI Drones. Fixed my Phantom 4 Pro in a matter of days. I originally took my P4P to a different repair shop and they were not experts the way Anita and her staff are. The other shop was only able to fix my drone cosmetically but failed when it came to getting it to fly right. FixaCrash was able to properly calibrate my drone and diagnose other problems that the other shop completely missed. Fixacrash also told me they could have fixed the cosmetic shell of my drone for cheaper than what the first shop charged. Bottom line - If I ever have any Drone repairs/service/issues I am driving to up to Daly City and leaving it with the FixaCrash Team! Thanks Again Anita!!! read more

This business is awesome. I worked with Anita. She was professional, helpful, and flexible from start to finish. My drone got fixed and flies like new! I'm so happy I didn't send it into DJI who has a minimum fee of $65 regardless what is wrong. Who knows how long it would have taken them to send it back or how much they would have charged in total. Specially when all I have is the mavic mini. The repair with fixacrash was completed in no time and a couple nice little additions were thrown in like a cover for the gimbal and a fixacrash keychain. Brilliant! Although I hope to never crash my drone again, if I do, I will definitely take it to this business! read more

Anita is the best! Definitely stop by or call! So glad i have FIXACRASH about 45 min from where i live. My DJI refresh insurance ran out and of course you know how that goes, my mavic's gimbal started to malfunction. Most drone repair services & websites are either sketchy, too far, etc. but When i found FIXACRASH I couldn't believe how affordable and fast i was able to get my drone back in business. Anita is very knowledgeable and will take care of all your drone repair needs! read more

I live over 1 hour away from fixacrash and have gladly made the trip 3 times. I get why people send in their drones from so far away. There are nearby drone repair shops from me that both advertise 4.5 stars but their level of commitment to their customers does not hold a candle to how fixacrash carries their business. Having that good warm feeling about how your drone is going to get repaired is vital for something you cherish and spend so much money on. That's something I felt fixacrash had over their competitors. After a minor crash my mavic 2 zoom had some cosmetic damage and I felt terrible.(don't ever turn off accident avoidance when you're a noob like me) My drone had only been out in the market for about a month and I thought I was out of luck in finding a skilled technician to fix it. After emailing a drone shop near my place I was unhappy with their response. I emailed fixacrash and was given the option of just purchasing the part I needed and doing the repairs myself. I bought the part thinking "how hard can this be"? After opening up my drone I knew I was completely lost even for a minor repair. I went back to fixacrash and Anita was glad to help me. She did a quick survey of my damage and decided that the arm needed to be replaced because the internal damage was a little bit more than superficial - something I sort of recognized too but could not confirm when I opened up my drone. Anita was an expert and I felt she was very comfortable at working on a mavic 2 with all her experience. For something that drone owners spend so much money on, fixacrash is definitely worth the trip and money for them to take care of your drone. Their customer experience and communication is awesome and puts you at ease and you will not find a resource in the Bay area that has more advertised resources and experience than fixacrash does. My drone looks as good as new and I am all the more happy for it. And the prices of the repairs are frankly some of the lowest out there. I doubt you can find this quality of care for the amount you pay at fixacrash. I highly recommend fixacrash and am glad they are relatively close to where I live. Did I mention that they updated my firmware as a cherry on top? Those things are a little pain in the ass if you have a mavic 2. DJI must've faked the wireless update option and then for some reason make you do 500 firmware updates in the span of a week. read more

My Mavic Pro went for a swim in a pool. The water must have been nice because it spent a good 7-10 min, about 9 feet below the surface. Upon finally fishing it out I dried it off with a warm towel and went through the 5 stages of grief but never really made it to acceptance. It sat in the pantry for a few months as I was not ready to say goodbye. I've heard from a wise man that there was a place I could take it to have it resurrected. That place was FixACrash. From the start I was impressed with the fast response and overall communication. I finally got around to taking it to daily city. Anita reassured me that even if the drone was totaled (the damage exceeded cost of replacement) I would leave with a working drone for an unbelievably low price. After Anita finished assessing the drone I got the phone call. There was too much damage and corrosion. Since I was preparing for such news for months, I didn't shed any tears. I went back to FixACrash and got a replacement. It was like Christmas in the middle of August. Thank you Anita and FixACrash team for the great experience and a working drone. I was back to flying free later that day. Five stars all around I am so glad I found Anita. read more

Out flying my drone, and well eventually a crash happens. Hit a palm tree and plummeted 30 feet onto a sidewalk, broke an arm in two places. Bought a new arm online, and replaced it, and now the drone flew, but the navigation was all messed up.. Apparently something inside was wrong too. After researching found FixaCrash. SOOO glad I did. Price was right. Easy to work with, quick turn around. No problems. I will be keeping their name handy! read more

DRONE PEOPLE- Listen up!!!!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING and Highly RECOMMENDED for Any of your Drone Fixing needs!!! When I crashed my drone I went to the authorized dealer that the DJI people recommended, they were trying to charge me an arm and a leg just to take a look at it. After I decided to just fix it myself because of lacking funds, I came across this video of this girl who showed how to fix your drone yourself.. after the video, I realized that this girl, had a little biz in Daly City fixing drones.. after talking with her, and sending her pix, she told me to bring it in and said she would make sure to let me know if the charge will mostly likely be more then she quoted, which was HALF of what the authorized fixer listed.... I was skeptical, but when I arrived.. instead of just taking the drone and charging me for the fix, she examined it, and just like that, snapped the camera back in place and sent me a long my way. Being that I run a Non-Profit filmmaking Org, this was a BLESSING! SHE is a blessing!! She could have just did that behind closed doors and made money off me, but she didn't.. PLEASE RECOMMEND HER PLACE to EVERYONE YOU KNOW WITH A DRONE!!! Anita is the REAL DEAL, HONEST, Drone Gal!!!! She made me believe in people again!!! Anita was extraordinarily helpful and flexible in fixing my issue. I can't recommend this business highly enough. I decided to try out FixaCrash when DJI required me to surrender my drone for a minimum of 3-4 weeks, with no guarantee that there would be no charge for even a diagnosis. Anita was able to meet me the same day, and worked to resolve my issue within a few days.
