Anita is a magician... I have a Mavic Platinum Pro which I got stuck in a tree. When I got it back from the tree saver folks, i had a nasty issue with the video transmission back to the remote (SD card video and images were fine, but strange green screen issue on DJI App video feed). Amazing Professional Service, Best Repair prices, and most importantly incredibly knowledgeable in regards to DJI Drones. Fixed my Phantom 4 Pro in a matter of days. I originally took my P4P to a different repair shop and they were not experts the way Anita and her staff are. I live over 1 hour away from fixacrash and have gladly made the trip 3 times. I get why people send in their drones from so far away. There are nearby drone repair shops from me that both advertise 4.5 stars but their level of commitment to their customers does not hold a candle to how fixacrash carries their business. Having that good warm feeling about how your drone is going to get repaired is vital for something you cherish and spend so much money on. That's something I felt fixacrash had over their competitors. After a minor crash my mavic 2 zoom had some cosmetic damage and I felt terrible.(don't ever turn off accident avoidance when you're a noob like me) My drone had only been out in the market for about a month and I thought I was out of luck in finding a skilled technician to fix it. After emailing a drone shop near my place I was unhappy with their response. I emailed fixacrash and was given the option of just purchasing the part I needed and doing the repairs myself. I bought the part thinking "how hard can this be"? After opening up my drone I knew I was completely lost even for a minor repair. I went back to fixacrash and Anita was glad to help me. She did a quick survey of my damage and decided that the arm needed to be replaced because the internal damage was a little bit more than superficial - something I sort of recognized too but could not confirm when I opened up my drone. Anita was an expert and I felt she was very comfortable at working on a mavic 2 with all her experience. For something that drone owners spend so much money on, fixacrash is definitely worth the trip and money for them to take care of your drone. Their customer experience and communication is awesome and puts you at ease and you will not find a resource in the Bay area that has more advertised resources and experience than fixacrash does. My drone looks as good as new and I am all the more happy for it. And the prices of the repairs are frankly some of the lowest out there. I doubt you can find this quality of care for the amount you pay at fixacrash. I highly recommend fixacrash and am glad they are relatively close to where I live. Did I mention that they updated my firmware as a cherry on top? Those things are a little pain in the ass if you have a mavic 2. My Mavic Pro went for a swim in a pool. The water must have been nice because it spent a good 7-10 min, about 9 feet below the surface.
