Now i have to use headphones just to have a phone conversation. Phone ruined. I looked on the ports on the bottom of the phone, and it's clear he was sticking something in there that was not designed to be used, as the ports are visibly damaged. Had to buy a new phone because of this businesses incompetence. Don't go to this shady spot.

I should have known better to use a business that does not stand behind their work. You would think if you are going to charge a customer $300 yo replace a screen you would at least use a quality product to replace it with. They charged him $43 for "diagnostic" to say the screen needs to be replaced and it took several hours to "diagnose"... what... When he came back they told him it would be $100 to repair the screen and he said he'll wait to do it since we were leaving to go out of town! Came back a couple of weeks later to fix the screen and was told that since we didn't do it right away the price is now $150 but if we do the screen and battery they'll discount for $260! A brand new iPad is currently on sale for $279.99 at Best Buy. Anyway, we took the iPad to the Apple Store, free diagnostic, and a screen replacement is $130. My husband said, "this is why some local businesses fail for their greed" and wow I couldn't agree more. Go somewhere else! Don't pay for a diagnostic here. The diagnostic is free at the Apple Store and Best Buy! Avoid the rudeness, disregard, and greed from this business! Read the rest of the reviews and you'll see that their service is not quality service. I told my husband we dodged a bullet because of all of the complaints on Yelp that after the screen replacement people have issues with the new screen or start button. The second time my son dropped it in water Jerry was helpful, open, and honest that the phone would cost more to fix than what it was worth.
