Keep in mind that this is a walk in clinic so they can be a wait but if you have an appt the wait really isn't too bad. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is from a couple of issues relating to the staff (not calling in meds, kind of a big deal). I recently started physical therapy here and can honestly say the physical therapists really have getting you feeling better as their top priority.

The admin assistants were then dealing with a heavier set lady (who worked there) with short curly hair who spoke to them like them were dirt on her shoe. All loud and aggressive for the entire waiting room to watch and feel uncomfortable. So no wonder the front of house staff treats people coming in the door terribly when that's how they are treated internally. We wasted time filling out all documents and sitting for an hour before being told being seen here would be a liability because he had already had a surgery on his clavicle. All we wanted was to review his pain management and wound care. Not to mention the place is FILTHY from the outside. You are a dollar sign to these people. And I'm not even sure they have qualified enough staff. Overall nightmare.

It felt like he had no interest in listening to the patient.What was most troubling is how he treated me as a Workers' Compensation patient--as if I was less important than patients with private insurance. It's as though he doesn't recognize that people on Workers' Comp are there because they were injured on the job and are seeking help to recover.His behavior toward me also made me question whether bias or prejudice played a Rolle and how I was treated. I can't save a certain, but the way he interacted with me, felt not only disrespectful, but probably discriminatory based upon my experience. I would not recommend this. All patients deserve to be treated with respect, empathy and professionalism, regardless of the insurance status or race .

He released me to work with pain in my wrist. When I told the other doctore I'm still in pain, he gave me a shot of cortisol and released to full duty, saying: the pain will dissipate within time. The pain never dissipated, only became worse. When the pained became unbearable I desided to seak doctor's help. I found Dr. Blum through my Aetna insurance. He assessed the injury, scheduled an operation. After the operation he prescribed me an Occupational therapy, and kept me on it untill I got 100% well. Dr. David Blum deserves all the compliments I can come up with, that is why I will not even list them. I consider my self lucky that I was treated by Dr. David Blum. I only wish I found him,before the other doctor when my injury actually happened.
