Communication needs to be improved. I was given a time window between 12 and 2 PM. That time came and went. I called and left a voicemail and then received a text that the technician would be arriving at 3 PM. That time also came and went and the technician did not arrive until almost 4:30. Upon coming to inspect our dishwasher, he did not have the issue identified and then only offer to come back tomorrow or the day after, and that it was up to us. This gave zero confidence that knew what was broken what needs to be done and did not want to waste any further time. What a terrible disappointment this company was. They charged me $692 for a circuit board that I could have purchased for $192. Well everyone has to make money and have sufficient margins I thought this was ridiculous. I asked both Lana and Dennis many times why they charged me so much for this circuit board and they never had the decency to get back to me. Called for service based on the yelp reviews for a leaking dishwasher. Made an appointment request and set, all done by text. The arrival window was 4 to 6pm. At 4:10 I receive another text that my appointment was canceled, due to the technician knowing the problem, the fee would be $430.00 and to please confirm payment of 50% up front. WHAT THE HECK?!? I asked by text, how can a quote and assessment be done without even seeing the machine. The reply was "he fixed 2 others today with the same issue, please provide your model number". first off where do I start I was having problems with my fridge icemaker I changed it out wasn't working my wife called fast fix it dennis came over I explain to him what was the problem and he's just said yes that's the problem I purchased another icemaker installed it didn't work so i called Monica She said that she was going to make arrangements to have him stop by again but no one showed up and i was not going to pay $75 again to pay for him to look at it for 2 min. We paid over five hundred dollars for two visits and around another hundred dollars of spoiled food later the fridge died.
