I called and left a voicemail and then received a text that the technician would be arriving at 3 PM. That time also came and went and the technician did not arrive until almost 4:30. Upon coming to inspect our dishwasher, he did not have the issue identified and then only offer to come back tomorrow or the day after, and that it was up to us. This gave zero confidence that knew what was broken what needs to be done and did not want to waste any further time. What a terrible disappointment this company was. They charged me $692 for a circuit board that I could have purchased for $192. Well everyone has to make money and have sufficient margins I thought this was ridiculous. At 4:10 I receive another text that my appointment was canceled, due to the technician knowing the problem, the fee would be $430.00 and to please confirm payment of 50% up front. WHAT THE HECK?!?
