I called David at around 6pm on a Tuesday after I discovered that my window was stuck open! He secured the window and said the "real" fix would be $120, and he could come around the following day. We scheduled 2 days later and he came and did the job and left everything tidy. Window slides SO easily now.The best part: he suggested I submit the invoice to body corporate and I was reimbursed!
