Used this company for a drain clean. It took 3 times before the problem was fixed. Had to call and text for a week to get the final call back and stick with the company because I already paid on the first visit. I later found out she charges twice the normal fee. Was promised they would return to run a camera down the pipe...never returned a call or text. Good thing, since her prices are double. Good idea to pass up using this company. read more

When my main plumbing line decided to back up, flooding my bathroom, I called around and was lucky enough to find Fix All. Laurie arrived ASAP and quickly cleared the problem by running a rooter the full length of the line. Service was prompt, totally friendly, and competent. It was Mother's Day evening, and we had a house guest. At about 8:30pm, our toilets stopped working and sewage started backing up in our master shower. I called Fix All, and - amazingly - Lauren Mohr answered the phone! She was just sitting down to dinner, to be celebrated by her kids. By 10:30pm, Lauren was at our door. In total darkness, she got our septic system working again...and promised to come by the next day to recommend further steps. She referred us to a septic specialty company, which ordered and installed the equipment needed over the next two weeks. We had a sudden severe drop in water pressure on Saturday night; we live outside City limits and our water supply crosses an arroyo with the meter 1/4 mile away so I was very worried how long (and how expensive) it would be to find the leak. Joe came out within half an hour of my phoning on Sunday morning and we had our water back by the end of the day! He managed to get a crew out to track and fix the burst pipe (involving manual digging and jack hammering concrete) in a matter of hours. Not only was he responsive, professional, reasonably priced and courteous; he even came back out well after dark to make sure that the seal on the pipe was holding. I'm very happy with the job he did and am glad to have a new plumber. read more
