Reached out and contacted them for some "repair work" that another sloppy "tv mounting company" did. As a business owner, I'm a fan of giving the small guy a shot. Was quoted a price ($125) and I was under the impression that he (Alex) thought it was a new install, but said he was coming out immediately. Upon arrival, he began to troubleshoot and impressed me with the troubleshooting, but I explained to him as he saw everything mounted already that this wasn't a new install and he agreed, working on what needed to be worked on. At the conclusion he still thought it made sense to tax me for a "repair job" versus charging me a fair price for a repair. Then he didn't have a credit card processor for payments (which is quite unprofessional in 2020) so I had to go to an atm to accommodate him. I said that I felt like he bled me for some money and he actually got an attitude and began to speak in a fake aggressive manner but I let that pass. I think that Alex did a good job, but the fact that he overcharged me, lying and saying he came from his house to do my job even though the hours are 9-9 and he was at my home before 7pm and out before 9, which was definitely business hours according to their work hours. There's other companies with better service that don't need to overcharge customers for weekend party money. Sadly for Alex, he lost out on a ton of future business for $125... one day I hope you learn that relationships are sometimes more important than money. This definitely was one of those situations. read more
