This is our second time working with them after originally booking them for some interior bedrooms 3 years ago when we moved in. Our neighbors have been calling / texting and complimenting the house already! He was incredibly fair with his pricing and patient with my asks . He told me a price and there were no surprise cost despite him finding rotting wood in multiple places that he went out of his way to patch and repair. It has been hard to find anyone reliable for jobs here in St Pete and It will be hard to find someone we are this impressed with ! He has set the bar high! I gave them a follow up call and got a reasonable quote, and setup an appointment for 9/29. Two people came out and quickly worked to get the fan up though they did need a taller ladder. So, they had to go to get one, but these ceilings are hard to gauge in feet. Upon returning they had the fan up quickly and left. It works great. All I can say is excellent service and excellent knowledge of what needed to done.

Did a great job painting my house 2 1/2 years ago. Last year I call Mark about some cracks that he…read morerepaired that came back. Took him a week before he called me back, then a another two weeks of 'I'll be there tomorrow'. He finally did the repair, when I wasn't home, it wasn't that good. I could still see the crack line. Anyway I left it. Last month, my wife noticed some blisters on the coins on the front of the house. Called Mark, he picks up and I tell him about the blisters and sent him pictures. He said he will be there to see it tomorrow or the next day. Ten days go by, so I called and texted him. He answers the text and said he was on vacation and he wants the Sherwin-Williams paint rep to inspect the job. That was Nov 16th, no word from Mark or the paint rep. Left a couple of voicemail and text, no reply. I even told him that if he doesn't want to do the repairs, let me know and I'll go on. Still no reply. Will update this post. Mark and a helper came back last week to complete the repairs. They got there an half hour early and look over what needed to be done. They brought everything that they needed and started working. They completed the repairs about four hours later. The blisters on the coins were completed satisfactory but the crack repair can still be seen as a bump where the crack was. They primed and painted all areas and left the paint for future touch ups . I would have given four maybe five stars if it wasn't for the bump on the crack repair and the bad or no communication before the repairs. Hopefully he he reads this reviews and communicates better with clients. Mark and his helper came back today and repaired the bump on the early crack repair. The job looks good now. Will use him again.

We had also asked for a quote to paint the outside of our home, we are still waiting on that quote. I have emailed, called, texted...still no response, we are just going to go with another company at this point...reading the other negative reviews it seems like this is the main issue with this company. communication is key!!

The business owner, Rose's husband, just made a reply to my thorough Buyer Beware message I posted…read moreon 9/9/26 (see below Morino P's reply where it reads, "Read More". Morino P stated if the customer had read the contract I would've known they only paint cabinets onsite. Well, in my review, I clearly stated I asked Morino P's wife and Operations business partner, Rose, if I could have my initial cabinets dropped off at the MP shop and she agreed. In addition, I asked about smaller items (cabinet fronts) being brought to their shop and Rose agreed. To that end, in this instance, MP's contract became irrelevant regarding where items were painted. Furthermore, MP Professional, like the other cabinet painters with which I spoke, paint the cabinet bases at your location and bring all cabinet fronts back to their shop for painting. And, as I stated in my review above, the initial cabinet painting performed at MP's shop, was wonderful. I believe this was because they were painted by Rose's husband and business partner. The subsequent painting of the fronts and toe kicks is where the problems began and believe they were painted by someone less experienced. So you see, the contract would still be irrelevant regarding the issues that occurred. Incidentally, if MP Professional has a contract, Rose NEVER PROVIDED ONE. Again, do you see the lack of contriteness? Morin P and Rose, issues occur during any project. How you handle those issues is the most important part of business and, sometimes, the cost of doing business . Had you humbled yourselves and apologized and just focused on fixing the issues, I wouldn't have had to waste my time warning the rest of Tampa about your substandard business practices.
