He noticed that the upstairs unit had quite a bit of disgusting matter, and he asked me for a broom. He took care of it all. He didn't need to do that, it was of his own accord, and didn't ask to be paid for that. He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker. I asked for a handful of his business cards to pass them out for him, that's how good he is. I promise you won't be disappointed if you contract with DJ!

This is a response to your comment made on my original review. You stated that you "explained that…read moreadditional pressure could damage the deck and offered options for cleaning versus stripping." That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. I dropped my rating to 2-stars, simply because you stated things that were not true.

Casey, the owner of Wild West, saw a post of mine on the NextDoor app requesting a reasonably priced landscaper and he messaged me offering the service for free!! He let me know that he is not a landscaper by trade, but wanted to offer help in anyway he could. I was totally taken aback by the generosity and kindness of this offer! Casey is a rare and precious human for sure. Casey promptly came over to asses my property. He was punctual and professional! He insisted that I allow him to do the landscaping for free. He worked with his team to decide which plants would work best for my lifestyle and yard. They removed dead trees and plants and laid a beautiful bed of mulch and plants! They went above and beyond to make sure the yard was done and done to my liking! Not only did he do an incredible job on the landscaping, but he also pressured washed my home, windows, roof, sheds out of the kindness of his heart. He responded right away to my inquiry, set up a date that worked with my schedule, showed up early and took me through the whole process step-by-step. Needing some rescuing of my pool pavers (almost 20 years old) due to lack of luster and some that are very porous, I was a bit skeptical as a previous paver sealer did one coat and it lasted about 3 months. The job was done in less than 8 hours and left my pool very dirty, I had to clean my pool filter daily due to the incredible amount of sand that made it into my pool, and my french drains were filled with sand and the sealant decreasing the flow of water. Lucas however, took an incredible amount pride in keeping the dirty paver water away from the pool and pushing it out to the sides, had a procedure to minimize sand in my pool and covered my french drains. He also has a 2-day process to ensure that the sand has settled and is dry before the sealing process. As he completed the FIRST COAT, he realized how "thirsty" my pavers were and put on extra sealant to make sure the pavers were done right. THREE COATS later, you can see a snapshot of the before and after picture. Sorry I don't have more, but this was truly the best shot to show you the AMAZING difference. Wouldn't look any further than Paver Rescue for your pavers. His price is 100% competitive and his work is nothing short of stellar.
