The hallway and stairs have extra padding to reduce hallway noise. We didn't hear any doors opening or closing either. We saw teenagers in the lobby and saw some in the hallway so we expected to hear them but we didn't when the door was closed. That was really nice! The room was large and spacious. It was very clean. There was a sink, fridge, and microwave that have been kept very clean. The couch and chair were clean as well. When we used the blue light, we didn't see any old stains at all! There was plenty of space to store our items and the tables and bathroom was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. We will keep this hotel in mind for future visits.

Our hotel room was good enough for our one-night stay. The sheets smelled more like bleach than comfort. The bathroom could have used a deeper cleaning. The blackout curtains didn't go all the way across the large window. The air-conditioning worked well. The noise level was low. The two elevators worked. There were no remarkable smells in the hallways or rooms. The location was ideal for us after picking up our family from the airport, getting dinner at one of the chains nearby, and resting up before a road trip the next day. The front-of-house staff person was very nice and very friendly when we checked in. A solid good hotel.

This hotel has incredibly shady business practices. I made a reservation in December for one night…read morein June as we are seeing a concert in town. The reservation was secured with ING credit card. On March 24, 2026, I randomly receive an email that my reservation has been canceled. I contact the hotel within minutes of receiving the email and after waiting on hold, the agents "colleagues" indicate that the deposit did not go through. The credit card asserts that it was never charged. I never received any communication about there being any issue or to resolve any problem. What is no surprise to anyone, the hotel could not reinstate the reservation, even though the exact same room is still available. Why is this no surprise? Because the room prices have gone up 20% since I made the reservation. If this is how Holiday Inn treats veterans, I'll never use their properties again and I've made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. If you need security in your room reservations without predatory business practices, go somewhere else.

I gave it a couple of hours, went back to express my concerns to female agent. While talking to her the General Manager, Max Parcells, came out of his office, was very hostile and abusive. At this point I am looking at the female agent, who was unconcerned. I kept my cool, though I have never been treated this way before. He even threaten to have us removed from the premises. I turned around, calmly walked out of the building, in fear of retaliation. I found another hotel across the street. I was visibly shaken and upset. I got a great rate and started earning points right away. Max refused any refund on my 5 nights, so I went to my bank and disputed the charge in order to get my money back. I will provide reviews on other sites hoping to help others avoid the treatment I received. In regards to Mr. Parcells' response, which was provided via another platform, I would like to stress that no threats were made by us. After this incident I researched reviews of this property and discovered many instances of similar treatment by Mr. Parcells towards customers from approximately the past three years. In many of the instances, the customers "went next door" to find alternate lodging. I also do not appreciate your threat regarding possible termination of my husband's IHG One Rewards account. This is exactly how you responded when I complained about the smell. Just for information, the $50 hold was NOT disputed. The dispute and reversal was for the original $368 which had already been charged to our account and which we were told would not be refunded, even though we were only there for approximately 3 hours.

First of all, there were ROACHES EVERYWHERE, from the second we walked in *bam, bam, bam* roach, roach, roach, on the ceiling, on the walls, on the furniture. We were completely mortified. The only REMOTELY clean space was the bed, and even then we were scared of finding roaches in the sheets. Second of all, there was BROKEN GLASS in the nightstand! This was NOT accounted for during servicing. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS 0/10 NEVER COMING BACK.

We got our room, it was a superior king room. We were so tired and just want to relax, but as a habit we check everything from bed to toilet. The bed was a disaster, at first glance you will see that it was a good looking white then when you looked at it there's yellow stain from bed sheet to the pillow case. Then the towel in the toilet was a fighting color of white and stain. We went to the lobby and ask for new sheet but they offer a new room. The new room have a better sheet but the comforter have a small yellow stain and the refrigerator was not cleaned fully. And I would like to add the smell of the carpet in the hallway, I was glad that the room have a hard floor so it lessen the smell. It was a rough night that supposed to be just a rest it ends up with stress. We were supposed to stay for two nights but we left the day after our checked-in. Note that when you call to your (their) call center you do not have any option to get refund unless you talk to the lobbyist of the hotel. Internet was good - I think that's what I can just say good.

Rv spot was filthy and definitely NOT cleaned prior to our arrival, space full of leaf piles, ants all around the Picknick table, empty beer Carton, framing nail on concrete parking pad, coat hanger and other trash, called office they sent a kid with a blower who did a 50/50 job cleaning up. This was on Friday late afternoon, on Saturday we were expecting to have a great time with out 3 grandkids considering the resort fees they charge on top of the rv site fees. We did have some rain so they canceled everything outdoors! FOR THE WHOLE DAY!! did they open up more activities in doors? Nope! Would they refund resort fees? Nope! It was rather ironic that ALL the extra pay activities that were not included in the resort fees were still open! We were told they have an indoor pool...nope! All pools closed! We ended up going to the activities barn where like I said everything was an Extra charge except the tiny mini golf room which was packed since everything else was closed, no organization in there so it was basically a disaster with at least 10 kids on every hole! They had a bounce house indoor with a sign that says maximum height 48" my grandkids are 4-6-8 so they were playing on it, a grumpy old man (employee) runs off my 50lb grand daughter for being 2" too tall. No exceptions even with all the outdoor activities closed. "Kid friendly?" Spent about $80 extra for the kids to make slime and paint a figurine. Later we decided to try out the Pirate's Cove Arcade. " that should be fun for kids" nope! Walked in and purchased a players card... loaded it with $$$ noticed a sign that says " no refunds" then noticed we WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS! 7:50 pm on a Saturday night in an arcade at a so called establishment for kids and nobody here! We soon figured out why.....most of the games were broken or turned off we walked around for about 10 minutes, I asked the kid playing on his phone by the door why all the games were broken he just looked up from his phone and shook his head as to say " who knows" then went back to his phone. We left went back to the rv and prepared to leave for the next morning. So disappointing, we were hoping for a fun trip for our grandchildren and this place turned out to be a wast of time and money. All in all we spent close to $450 for 1 1/2 days and 2 night in this place. We travel in our RV all over the country and this has to be the worst I hesitate to say "resort" so let's just say outdated, unkept over priced and obviously unprepared for inclement weather parking lot. I would suggest driving right on past this place! Complete rip off....
