Everything was clearly used a lot and never replaced. The chair was peeling all over, and all the furniture was very scratched and peeled
Joe S.

I got this hotel bc it was the only one not fully booked for this weekend around the area. It was only a one night stay but one night was all I needed to convince me never to come here again. The name is Quality Suites, but they don't specify what kind of quality, and after my stay they clearly meant it was LOW. I admit, for a room with 2 beds and a pullout sofa, the price was cheap, around $100-$120, and you clearly get what you paid for. One thing you immediately notice upon walking in is how dingy it is. The lobby hasn't been given much attention for a long time, and the mini shop they have with snacks and drinks were very low in stock. The only interaction we had was with the receptionist and he was nice. We were staying on the 3rd floor, and once there we noticed how outdated everything is. Normally, it wouldn't be a problem but when we got to our room, it definitely was a problem. The flimsy door lock was crooked after years of use, the bathroom was gross, and everything felt worn. If you have a bad back, I wouldn't recommend you sleep here bc the mattresses are ok but not the best. Regular hotel mattress. I sat in the chair and felt like i was going to fall. Beds and couch are extremely creaky. TV is small and is quality isn't the best. We didn't chance going to the free breakfast. At least the AC is cold! Overall, the place is dirty, and clearly isn't given the time of day. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. For us, it was the only one available, and I can tell they try to make it nice but it just doesn't hit the mark. 2 stars is only for the nice guy who was nice even though we checked in closer to midnight and the amenities that are available, regardless that we didn't indulge in them.

Curtains were torn, room smelt like mildew.

Our room was super dirty when we arrived. Smelled like mildew. The restroom was filthy! When I asked front desk for housekeeping she stated she was the only employee working but would be up. She was up right away and super friendly and apologetic. But it was not her fault! The fridge was filthy and microwave as well. We found a dirty q-tip by the bed. The curtains were torn. I went and bought wipes and sprayed and cleaned the whole room myself!! I didn't want to even stay but had no other options. I WILL NOT be staying here ever again and have already let my family know about our horrible stay so they do not stay there either.

This place is so gross, wouldn't recommend staying here unless you don't mind random stains, dust balls behind your head while you sleep, and random unknown dead bugs in the corners of the room .. my pictures show it all. We asked for clean sheets to change the stained ones that were there when we arrived, the cleaning staff couldn't do it, so we had to do it ourselves.. don't even bother going to the gym, someone decided to go from the pool to the gym and saw the bare butt cheeks sitting on the bench press in there. The hot tub looked like it was glowing with green algae, just awful. Stay away! This place is recommended on TripAdvisor, i don't know how credible TripAdvisor is after seeing this.

My family all came down for a funeral and it was at least 20 family members on this trip. The front desk clerk was very helpful and nice. Our room was doable until we discovered bed bugs in not just our room but a few of our rooms. The clerk assured us that we will get a refund in the morning since we had to move to the Best Western Hotel across the parking lot.

Nice desk and chair for writing notes/business

Older hotel, but very comfortable bed. Friendly service and nice atmosphere in lobby. Easy check in at front desk. Janet went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as we checked in late. Super friendly service. Suite was spacious with sleeper sofa, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, ironing board, and extra pillow and blanket in closet. Nice desk and chair for business. Big tv with a lot of channels and HBO. Bathroom was ok, only two towels, some water deposit stains on shower head, but good water pressure. Drawers all had stains inside, which was not ok, but only stayed for the night so I kept clothes in my bag. Furniture needs a little cleaning. Stained comforter, but sheets and blanket were nice. Quiet stay, no loud noise or partying which was a plus. Decent breakfast, waffle maker, sausage and eggs, muffins, etc. Great coffee! Overall a good stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Dead cockroach was in the same spot for my entire stay. Quality Suites, Burleson TX

Large rooms/suites. Pet friendly with hot breakfast. The bed was too hard for my taste. Decent price and easy access to I-35.

The hallway and stairs have extra padding to reduce hallway noise. We didn't hear any doors opening or closing either. We saw teenagers in the lobby and saw some in the hallway so we expected to hear them but we didn't when the door was closed. That was really nice! The room was large and spacious. It was very clean. There was a sink, fridge, and microwave that have been kept very clean. The couch and chair were clean as well. When we used the blue light, we didn't see any old stains at all! There was plenty of space to store our items and the tables and bathroom was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. We will keep this hotel in mind for future visits.

We were told our reservation had been canceled. A call was place to hotels.com our reservation was current and had not been canceled. The lady at the desk said she saw our name on the reservation list but they had no rooms available. I was traveling with 2 disable clients in wheelchairs and 7 year old. We had already spent 12 hours at the airport due to flight delays only to be told we needed to look for another place to stay. Not a lot of people have $1300.00 while on vacation to pay for a room that was already paid for in advance. Needless to say this established has poor customer service. I believe they may have sold my reservation to someone else. Also to look for hotel to accommodate 2 handicap individuals was difficult at midnight.

The reservation was secured with ING credit card. On March 24, 2026, I randomly receive an email that my reservation has been canceled. I contact the hotel within minutes of receiving the email and after waiting on hold, the agents "colleagues" indicate that the deposit did not go through. The credit card asserts that it was never charged. I never received any communication about there being any issue or to resolve any problem. What is no surprise to anyone, the hotel could not reinstate the reservation, even though the exact same room is still available. Why is this no surprise? Because the room prices have gone up 20% since I made the reservation. If this is how Holiday Inn treats veterans, I'll never use their properties again and I've made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. If you need security in your room reservations without predatory business practices, go somewhere else.

While talking to her the General Manager, Max Parcells, came out of his office, was very hostile and abusive. At this point I am looking at the female agent, who was unconcerned. I kept my cool, though I have never been treated this way before. He even threaten to have us removed from the premises. I turned around, calmly walked out of the building, in fear of retaliation. I found another hotel across the street. I was visibly shaken and upset. I got a great rate and started earning points right away. Max refused any refund on my 5 nights, so I went to my bank and disputed the charge in order to get my money back. I will provide reviews on other sites hoping to help others avoid the treatment I received. In regards to Mr. Parcells' response, which was provided via another platform, I would like to stress that no threats were made by us. After this incident I researched reviews of this property and discovered many instances of similar treatment by Mr. Parcells towards customers from approximately the past three years. In many of the instances, the customers "went next door" to find alternate lodging. I also do not appreciate your threat regarding possible termination of my husband's IHG One Rewards account. This is exactly how you responded when I complained about the smell. Just for information, the $50 hold was NOT disputed. The dispute and reversal was for the original $368 which had already been charged to our account and which we were told would not be refunded, even though we were only there for approximately 3 hours.

First of all, there were ROACHES EVERYWHERE, from the second we walked in *bam, bam, bam* roach, roach, roach, on the ceiling, on the walls, on the furniture. We were completely mortified. The only REMOTELY clean space was the bed, and even then we were scared of finding roaches in the sheets. Second of all, there was BROKEN GLASS in the nightstand! This was NOT accounted for during servicing. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS 0/10 NEVER COMING BACK.

We got our room, it was a superior king room. We were so tired and just want to relax, but as a habit we check everything from bed to toilet. The bed was a disaster, at first glance you will see that it was a good looking white then when you looked at it there's yellow stain from bed sheet to the pillow case. Then the towel in the toilet was a fighting color of white and stain. We went to the lobby and ask for new sheet but they offer a new room. The new room have a better sheet but the comforter have a small yellow stain and the refrigerator was not cleaned fully. And I would like to add the smell of the carpet in the hallway, I was glad that the room have a hard floor so it lessen the smell. It was a rough night that supposed to be just a rest it ends up with stress. We were supposed to stay for two nights but we left the day after our checked-in. Note that when you call to your (their) call center you do not have any option to get refund unless you talk to the lobbyist of the hotel. Internet was good - I think that's what I can just say good.

Rv spot was filthy and definitely NOT cleaned prior to our arrival, space full of leaf piles, ants all around the Picknick table, empty beer Carton, framing nail on concrete parking pad, coat hanger and other trash, called office they sent a kid with a blower who did a 50/50 job cleaning up. This was on Friday late afternoon, on Saturday we were expecting to have a great time with out 3 grandkids considering the resort fees they charge on top of the rv site fees. We did have some rain so they canceled everything outdoors! FOR THE WHOLE DAY!! did they open up more activities in doors? Nope! Would they refund resort fees? Nope! It was rather ironic that ALL the extra pay activities that were not included in the resort fees were still open! We were told they have an indoor pool...nope! All pools closed! We ended up going to the activities barn where like I said everything was an Extra charge except the tiny mini golf room which was packed since everything else was closed, no organization in there so it was basically a disaster with at least 10 kids on every hole! They had a bounce house indoor with a sign that says maximum height 48" my grandkids are 4-6-8 so they were playing on it, a grumpy old man (employee) runs off my 50lb grand daughter for being 2" too tall. No exceptions even with all the outdoor activities closed. "Kid friendly?" Spent about $80 extra for the kids to make slime and paint a figurine. Later we decided to try out the Pirate's Cove Arcade. " that should be fun for kids" nope! Walked in and purchased a players card... loaded it with $$$ noticed a sign that says " no refunds" then noticed we WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS! 7:50 pm on a Saturday night in an arcade at a so called establishment for kids and nobody here! We soon figured out why.....most of the games were broken or turned off we walked around for about 10 minutes, I asked the kid playing on his phone by the door why all the games were broken he just looked up from his phone and shook his head as to say " who knows" then went back to his phone. We left went back to the rv and prepared to leave for the next morning. So disappointing, we were hoping for a fun trip for our grandchildren and this place turned out to be a wast of time and money. All in all we spent close to $450 for 1 1/2 days and 2 night in this place. We travel in our RV all over the country and this has to be the worst I hesitate to say "resort" so let's just say outdated, unkept over priced and obviously unprepared for inclement weather parking lot. I would suggest driving right on past this place! Complete rip off....
