One of the rooms we booked AC was not working, I asked the receptionist downstairs if it's possible I could just get a refund for that room and just sleep in the other room with my friend. They declined and told me there is nothing they can do. I also asked if she could put that in writing that there's nothing they can do and she was giving me attitude. BUGS BUGS BUGS!! If i could rate zero i would. Literally stepped 2 feet into the room and before the door could even close - one was crawling around it. I shook it off to turn around to AN INFESTATION!!!!! They came out of the sinks, mirrors, floors, beds. I'm usually one to shrug off a little bug here and there but i could not contain my screams as i absolutely ran out of the room. How there were even so many cars in the parking lot and so many people in rooms was baffling. Guy up front was nice i suppose offering another "clean" room (would not take a chance) then a refund, though have yet to receive. He didn't seem too alarmed even though we were all pretty shook up about it. Disgusting. How is this place still open? Even the smell walking in and to the room was musty, smelt like cat piss and mold. Wish i could have got pictures of the AMOUNT OF BUGS in this room but it was so covered we could not be in there for a second longer. Tear this place down. read more

I got this hotel bc it was the only one not fully booked for this weekend around the area. It was only a one night stay but one night was all I needed to convince me never to come here again. The name is Quality Suites, but they don't specify what kind of quality, and after my stay they clearly meant it was LOW. I admit, for a room with 2 beds and a pullout sofa, the price was cheap, around $100-$120, and you clearly get what you paid for. One thing you immediately notice upon walking in is how dingy it is. The lobby hasn't been given much attention for a long time, and the mini shop they have with snacks and drinks were very low in stock. The only interaction we had was with the receptionist and he was nice. We were staying on the 3rd floor, and once there we noticed how outdated everything is. Normally, it wouldn't be a problem but when we got to our room, it definitely was a problem. The flimsy door lock was crooked after years of use, the bathroom was gross, and everything felt worn. If you have a bad back, I wouldn't recommend you sleep here bc the mattresses are ok but not the best. Regular hotel mattress. I sat in the chair and felt like i was going to fall. Beds and couch are extremely creaky. TV is small and is quality isn't the best. We didn't chance going to the free breakfast. At least the AC is cold! Overall, the place is dirty, and clearly isn't given the time of day. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. For us, it was the only one available, and I can tell they try to make it nice but it just doesn't hit the mark. 2 stars is only for the nice guy who was nice even though we checked in closer to midnight and the amenities that are available, regardless that we didn't indulge in them. read more

Our room was super dirty when we arrived. Smelled like mildew. The restroom was filthy! When I asked front desk for housekeeping she stated she was the only employee working but would be up. She was up right away and super friendly and apologetic. But it was not her fault! The fridge was filthy and microwave as well. We found a dirty q-tip by the bed. The curtains were torn. I went and bought wipes and sprayed and cleaned the whole room myself!! I didn't want to even stay but had no other options. I WILL NOT be staying here ever again and have already let my family know about our horrible stay so they do not stay there either. read more

This place is so gross, wouldn't recommend staying here unless you don't mind random stains, dust balls behind your head while you sleep, and random unknown dead bugs in the corners of the room .. my pictures show it all. We asked for clean sheets to change the stained ones that were there when we arrived, the cleaning staff couldn't do it, so we had to do it ourselves.. don't even bother going to the gym, someone decided to go from the pool to the gym and saw the bare butt cheeks sitting on the bench press in there. The hot tub looked like it was glowing with green algae, just awful. Stay away! This place is recommended on TripAdvisor, i don't know how credible TripAdvisor is after seeing this. read more

My family all came down for a funeral and it was at least 20 family members on this trip. The front desk clerk was very helpful and nice. Our room was doable until we discovered bed bugs in not just our room but a few of our rooms. The clerk assured us that we will get a refund in the morning since we had to move to the Best Western Hotel across the parking lot. read more

We were desperate to find a room during the big snowstorm in Texas and this location went miles beyond good service and professionalism compassion the staff at this location is absolutely phenomenal and the hotel itself is really nice clean well kept up I really really left this place and I will very much go back if I ever need a hotel just down the street from my house read more

Ok fellow Yelpers this has got to be THE WORST PLACE I HAVE STAYED IN SINCE I STOPPED PLAYING MUSIC PROFESSIONALLY!!!!!! (We never got booked into great places). First of all there was an empty Aquafina bottle under the bed (not ours, see picture)my one and a half year old daughter found it! Then there was less than a quarter of toilet paper on the roll and no extras (see picture). Then there were only two towels, then there was no bedding on the pull out bed, oh and it looks like someone threw up in the freezer, (see picture), and the icing on the cake was when they would not honor the price we originally booked the room for through booking.com, this is in the process of being fixed! If you are thinking of staying here.......DON'T!!!!!! Pitch a tent in the woods somewhere you will be better off. Older hotel, but very comfortable bed. Friendly service and nice atmosphere in lobby. Easy check in at front desk. Janet went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as we checked in late. Super friendly service. Suite was spacious with sleeper sofa, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, ironing board, and extra pillow and blanket in closet. Nice desk and chair for business. Big tv with a lot of channels and HBO. Bathroom was ok, only two towels, some water deposit stains on shower head, but good water pressure. Drawers all had stains inside, which was not ok, but only stayed for the night so I kept clothes in my bag. Furniture needs a little cleaning. Stained comforter, but sheets and blanket were nice. Quiet stay, no loud noise or partying which was a plus. Decent breakfast, waffle maker, sausage and eggs, muffins, etc. Great coffee! Overall a good stay. Would definitely stay here again. read more

I asked up front if they've seen it and they lied to my face saying they didn't find it and even let me look around the room, couple weeks later a friend from highschool gets a hold of it, knew it was mine bc me and my son are the lock screen photo, reaches out to me and told me a homeless man sold it to him, so the hotel sold it too a homeless man!! I always stay at Quality Inn when I'm in Burleson. JD is a spectacular host and the rooms are quite comfy. This is not a 5-Star hotel, but they have great pricing, the place is always clean, and they provide a great hot breakfast. Can't do any better than that! read more

They have breakfast bags. Which is fine. But they need to take the complimentary hot breakfast off of everything because it's just 1 piece of fruit and either a 3 pack of mini donuts or 1 little Debbie coffee cake. I was disappointed. The hotel maintenance has deteriorated over the years. My out of town family has used this hotel for many years and since it changed owners, it hasn't been well maintained or kept clean like it use to. The lobby is nice and the rooms are decent but the the pool and whirlpool have mold, cloudy green water and the area smells like wet dog. The hallways have large paint peeling from ceiling with water stains. The breakfast is minimal. Use to be our first choice but will not be staying here again. read more

The hotel is well located for Burleson/South Fort Worth. The common areas are adequate. This hotel is in bad need of an update. Carpet, bedding, restrooms, pool area and breakfast area are old, used and dirty. Breakfast is OK. The coffee in the breakfast area is absolutely terrible. The only positive about this hotel is that the staff is friendly and helpful. The owners of this hotel need to invest some money on updates or this building will fall apart. read more

We tried to check in our room the code didn't work. We went back down and got the right card. Someone's stuff was already in the room. Dangerous enough and very unprofessional. While trying to get the right room a guy and a girl came up to us . he was trying to pimp our his girl us. We were three guys trying to stay at this hotel in peace. We came in at 11:40 which is late but by no means is that acceptable. I was so furious the lady at the front desk did nothing. I would have beat him up if he raised his hands when we stepped outside. Just came back to Quality Suites after a long day of work. To my room not cleaned at all. No clean towels or amenities looks like nobody had stepped into the room when I left this morning. There was still the same dead cockroach from the day before on the same spot on the bathroom floor. Anyhow decided not to cry over spilled milk so I went on and worked out at the fitness center and after I went to the front desk ask asked why my room hadn't been cleaned. Their reason was "there was stuff on my the bed" that's why they didn't clean it. (the only thing on that bed when I got back was the remote control to the TV) then I asked for a clean towel. He told me that since he had been "giving towels to everyone" (guess nobody else got any room service either) he didn't have anymore and to come back in 2 hours when he was done washing them. HOW DO YOU RUN A HOTEL WITH NO ROOM SERVICE OR CLEAN TOWELS??? I wouldn't recommend this Quality Inn to the homeless people of this town. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Found this room on trip advisor while completing a cross country trip. The room was spacious but did have a musty odor which we cleared up with some perfume. We stayed in the queen room with a pull out sofa, which was large enough for 3 adults. The breakfast was the best we have seen on this trip, including eggs, bacon, cereal, pastries and waffles. read more

Water damaged rooms, carpet wet, mold, nothing cleaned properly, roaches, bugs. I was only able to have eggs 3 out of 6 mornings. Not enough food prepared and served left overs from previous morning. Key card keeps needing to be reset. Back door broken so anyone can come in at any hour. Black mold near bed. Took us the whole trip to figure out why we kept waking up with sore throats and sick, but then feel a bit better after we were out if the hotel. Front desk staff clearly deal with a lot of these issues regularly because they aren't very good liers about it when brought up. A/c filter needs to be changed. Bedding stained. Shower curtain and entire shower splattered with soap and who knows what from previous guests. Live bugs in fridge. Carpet is so dirty that when you get into the shower, tons of dirt get washed off of your feet. The whole place is a health violation and needs attention. I'll never stay here again. Corporate needs to check this place out and do something. read more

Not the greatest experience and not first choice. Had to re book due to a huge mix up with the soccer tourney schedulers. First night, room wouldn't cool down and commode was not working properly, which they fixed the following day. Key cards went out twice in less than 8 hrs, couldn't get into our room. Elevator is soooo slow, pack a lunch when riding. The beds are okay, kinda uncomfortable. Went to wash uniforms, stinky after two games in 90 degree weather and playing again tomorrow, only to find the employees were washing their clothes in the one and only washer and dryer offered to guests and left unattended for over an hour, so had to continue to wait. Asked if they sold detergent at the front desk and I was told no, only to find a sign in the laundry room that stated they did. So had to make a trip a 9:30 at night to get detergent, this one I should have researched earlier. Waited for 15 min at the front Desk for change, no one ever came, sent my daughter to the laundromat where both employees were to ask for help. Then went back to the laundry room to put my clothes in asked how much it was, the worker said with what seemed like regret, "well, I guess you get one load free because any time I take the change out of the holder, it gives a free wash," hey, I'll take it. Asked how long it would take to wash and dry so I could come back and change them out, was told 30 min. He said he was doing laundry because he had been working here five days and night straight. Funny, he didn't check us in yesterday evening, he wasn't working late at night when we ran out to the truck to get something we forgot, and he wasn't here all day today, not until after 7:00 this evening did I see him for the first time. Came back 40 min later, their clothes they had put in the dryer were done, waited and waited and waited, no one ever came to get them. Decided there were stigma attached to the free wash, bad karma I guess. So now having to dry the uniforms over anything I can find to hang them on. I'm sure they will be dry by morning. Gu as we will see if anything else goes wrong tomorrow. If I had to bet on it, I'd say yes, but trying to stay optimistic. Won't stay here again.... read more
