LOVE LOVE LOVED our stay here!…read more We have been staying in the Drury brand hotels for the last couple years. This 2024 hotel has a GREAT location, right off 30 and near Six Flags, AT&T stadium (Cowboys) and Globe Life Field (Rangers). My husband and son went to a golf tournament in Ft Worth and it wasn't a bad drive. The lobby is gorgeous. Very inviting! Our room was a king suite with pull out couch. Our particular room was a bit odd... the living area was in the separate room with the door and the bedroom was in the main area... very backwards. The room was comfortable nonetheless. Bathroom was clean and modern. We always enjoy the FREE breakfasts and "kickback" dinner. It's hard for us to pay to go out to eat when they offer meals complementary here. The menu has changed over the years but during our stay, we enjoyed chicken fajitas, pasta with grilled chicken and pulled pork. In the past we had tacos and meatballs. Kids LOVE the nightly popcorn and soda. Breakfast has FRESH scrambled eggs (no weird "hotel eggs" here), sausage, make your own waffles, pancakes, various breads and muffins, oatmeal and fresh fruit. Coffee was hot and fresh. This location has a unique pool which is outdoors but also half "indoors" under the awning. There was plenty of seating available when we'd go during the day. At night, the pool was usually crowded and we avoided it. The fitness room was ok. 3 treadmills, some ellipticals, dumbbells and a few machines. My issue wasn't with the room but with other patrons. Having someone come in and blast their own music was super annoying because I was listening to my own via earbuds. Another patron was wearing a gallon of perfume which was nauseating. Had to cut my workout short. Staff here are all WONDERFUL. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the food service personnel to the housekeeping. The only thing that would prevent us from staying here would be the cost. Depending when you book, I can only imagine this place being SUPER expensive during NFL games or major events. We'd love to return.

Beautiful Hotel and Excellent Management Response…read more As a former Texas resident, I had always wanted to stay at Live! by Loews in Arlington. My daughter and I were in town for the Chris Brown and Usher concert, so it was the perfect opportunity. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff was friendly and professional, and our room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had extremely loud neighbors next door. When we returned to our room around 9:30 or 10:00 p.m., their music was blasting. We contacted the front desk, and security came up to address the situation. However, the guests did not comply with the hotel's noise policy, and we had to call a second time. Around 4:00 a.m., we finally went downstairs because something had to be done. Ultimately, the disruptive guests were asked to leave. I did not want anyone to be removed from the hotel, but every guest pays good money to stay here and deserves to enjoy a peaceful, comfortable experience. This is a beautiful, upscale hotel--not a Red Roof Inn--and guests should conduct themselves accordingly. I truly appreciate managers Lucas and Ayanna for taking the situation seriously and making sure I was satisfied with the resolution. Despite the unfortunate experience with our neighbors, the hotel itself was wonderful, and management's response made a positive difference.

This was my first experience with a bed and breakfast and it will certainly not be my last. The owner was so kind and personable I felt like I got that down home southern hospitality. He gave us a tour and history lesson on the home, and then showed us to our room and my friends I slept like a log. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the rainfall shower was AMAZING We both had to be up and out early by 7 but he was already making breakfast and it smelled delicious, to bad we missed it. This was definitely the first of many stays at this charming bed and breakfast and I implore anyone thinking of staying, to let this review make they're minds up and go for it.

We walked to eSports Stadium for prepaid merch pickup, across the street to Choctaw Stadium for VIP check in, and to AT&T Stadium for the concert. Tons of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the location had a heavy police presence, so it felt very safe. The restaurants onsite were very good: excellent cocktails, delicious food, and wonderful staff. Though clean and tastefully designed with outstanding lighting and fixtures, the room was on the smaller side. I had a spot-on view of AT&T Stadium from my room on the top floor. The bed was verrrrrrrrrry comfortable and the sheets silky soft. The towels were also a nice heavy quality. I loved being able to communicate with the staff via text, although at times it took a while getting a response. The staff was incredibly friendly, but the valet experience upon checkout was frustrating. I texted ahead to retrieve my car. When I got downstairs, the valet team wasn't aware of the text. There weren't many people coming or going (I was checking out at 1:30pm - intentionally avoiding the crowd) yet it still took almost 30 minutes for my car to arrive. Still, I would recommend this hotel, especially for anyone attending events at the nearby venues.

****DO NOT STAY HERE!!!**** We reserved a room with two…read morequeen beds for our stay from Saturday, September 19, through Monday, September 21, 2026. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved room was not ready because an air-conditioning leak had caused water damage and soiled the carpeting. This maintenance problem delayed our check-in and prevented the hotel from providing the room type we had reserved and paid for. Instead, we were downgraded to a room with one king bed, a sofa, and a pull-out bed. This was not equivalent to the double-queen room we selected, and the alternate sleeping arrangements were less comfortable and convenient for our party. Because the hotel was unable to honor our reservation, we reasonably requested a rate adjustment and asked that the general manager contact us. The general manager called us on Sunday, September 20. Unfortunately, rather than approaching the matter with professionalism and a genuine desire to resolve our concerns, she was defensive, dismissive, rude, and confrontational throughout the conversation. The general manager offered to move us into the original room--the same room that had experienced the air-conditioning malfunction and water leak. We declined because moving our belongings again would have caused further inconvenience, and we were understandably uncomfortable occupying a room that had recently sustained water damage and reportedly had soiled carpeting. The general manager initially agreed to provide a discount because of the room downgrade and inconvenience. However, after we declined to move into the water-damaged room, she withdrew the promised discount. Her tone became increasingly aggressive and unapproachable, and she abruptly ended the conversation without resolving our concerns. In addition to the room downgrade and poor handling of our complaint, the replacement room and common areas had several maintenance and cleanliness problems: The bathtub drained extremely slowly. The bathtub showed visible rust. The elevator was dirty. The carpeting throughout the property appeared dirty. A large commercial trash container was positioned directly outside our room. The overall condition and cleanliness of the accommodations fell below reasonable Holiday Inn Express and IHG standards. We were especially disappointed that the hotel's general manager--the person expected to demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and customer care--responded to legitimate concerns with hostility instead of professionalism. We made a reasonable request based on the hotel's inability to provide the room we reserved, yet we were treated as though we had caused the problem. We selected an IHG property because we expected clean accommodations, dependable service, and professional treatment. Regrettably, this stay failed to meet those expectations. We hope IHG will take this complaint seriously and resolve it in a fair and timely manner.
