We ended up having to pay a cleaning fee to the landlord because they had to bring in another cleaning crew after we moved out. I tried to call/text/email to get an explanation, but nobody responded to anything. They were very quick to respond when booking and before cleaning, but impossible to reach when there was an issue. The owner returned our inquiry call promptly, listened to what we needed, and gave us a quote over the phone. He was able to schedule us for 3 days later. He arrived on time, set up his equipment, and worked through four rooms and 2 staircases, cleaning each room of carpet thoroughly. He let us know of trouble spots in our carpet, which we knew about, and did the best anyone could do with it. The work he did was very professional, and we're more than satisfied with the outcome. I had some pet stains on one carpet and he was able to remove the stains. One of the carpets was washed previously by a local place and when I got it back it was discolored a tan color, original color was a light cream color.
