We each ordered a small pie, and were over whelmed with the variety of choices. Super hard to pick, they all sounded so yummy (we took notes for pizza to make at home). We settled on a Meat lovers and a Greek special (woo more lamb). Back to the crust. The pizza had the wonderful Pizza Hut crust taste (sorry if you don't get that reference-Pizza Hut is a US craving but it's so greasy you feel bad eating it so you don't...but this pizza allows you to have that Pizza Hut taste in a fresh way!)...anyways, the crust is amazing, topped in creative sauce (they change up the generic tomato sauce to match the pizza toppings, which was a wonderful creation!). The cheese was melty, but with a little browning to give it a burnt cheese taste. Then the toppings, they don't skimp. They load it on, spread it around, cut it up, and present it in a neat way. The service was super fast. There are only two mini tables so it's more of a take and go place, but once seeing the pizza we had to sit there and devour.

It's actually located in the old Gothenberg spot on Hood Street. When you walk in, you notice the same sense of style and aethetics that make Gothenberg so pleasant and enjoyable. Craft specializes in pizzas, sliders and beer. Now, the sign out front does actually say that, but if you are looking for something OTHER than those things, then move on. The menu is somewhat limited in that respect. However, in terms of the variety and quality of the pizza and sliders, you won't be left wanting. I came here without the kiddos and with my husband and in-laws, who were visiting from the States. My husband was very happy with the beer selection (I was the driver none for me that night). Though the food is pizza and burgers, you definitely are getting the upper-end version of these items (not typical pub-type fare). The flavor palate is interesting and tasty (and if you ever had the sliders at Gothenburg, you'd have a sense of what is on offer at Craft). The servers were great and friendly. It's wasn't too busy, but it was a Wednesday night. They have some lounge type indoor seating, and some "social" types of seating (e.g. long, high top tables, a high-top counter along the wall) and may well get crowded on a busier night. They have also maintained some of the outdoor seating that was there from Gothenburg as well. All in all, I'll be back again on a future date night. They might be perfectly happy to have your children there, but I don't intend to find out :)

We were almost positive we were lost as our navigator took us off the main road and out into the wilderness. We drove up a hill for sometime wondering if we had missed it when suddenly we pulled into a large gravel parking lot with a little sign that said Roselands thattaway. Due to the climb you took to get there, Roselands boasts unbelievable views of the countryside with its large windowed dining room. Their dining room is a large open space with a buffet and lots of long tables and chairs suggesting they draw quite the crowd in the summer months. Unfortunately most of the items on the BBQ themed buffet I couldn't have because of it containing gluten, but I did sample the salad, potatoes, and rice and they even went through the trouble to cook me up something special without the BBQ sauce on it. The husband enjoyed the BBQ as well as the plate of desserts they brought out to us. Overall it was a beautiful place to lunch and I really appreciated the extra effort they took in accommodating my gluten allergy.
