There are also vacuum sealed, frozen, and deli counter selections available for those unused to cooking Indian food. Finally, I have to credit the store themselves for adapting to our community; there are now larger selections of common household staples, including sections with Mexican and Asian/Vietnamese foods. Still, they lack things like a butcher counter or alcoholic beverages which may be important to some shoppers, and there are some glaring omissions- I could not find any sort of canned chicken soup for example.
