I attended a workshop and thoroughly enjoyed it. They also rent the facility for workshops and educational programs, etc. Cool place. beautiful fulfillment of lots of hardwork, planning and true civic pride and involvement here…read more a fitting tribute to a man who had a deep love for the city. an "underdog" champion, katy always took up for those less fortunate and never forgot his own humble beginnings. who could ever forget that beautiful , kind smile? school kids will always remember"katy" as passengers on the school bus he occasionally drove if a regular driver was absent. katy helped a lot of folks around o'fallon and it's a good thing to remember him. gene smith

Absolutely Terrible if I could rate 0 stars I would! Where to begin…read more.... Camp will not and does not keep accurate files on campers such as doctor notes or special needs. If your child has a special need OF ANY KIND do not let them attend here. Camp will charge you to remain on wait list even not attending and not reimbursed if there is not an opening or if child is sick or family vacation. Counselors at the camp is 50 50. Some very nice and others that seemed to never grow out of the bully stage and like to make fun of small children. Facilty inside is very dirty and children run around unattended at times. When going to pick up my child early on 2 different occasions there was an issue locating him at the property, not sure about you but that is scary beyond words. The director of the Camp could not be less helpful or kind and caring. Essentially in a nutshell paying for unorganized chaos and to have your child belittled, made to feel inadequate and worried to attend other camps or activities in fear of being treated the same. 1000% would not recommend this camp to my worst enemy! Save your money, time, and peace of mind!

GOOD-facility for rural area but very poorly run and staffed. They have a comment box where I more…read morethan once commented on issues and gave them phone number to call me. nothing. Pool is under developed area that isn't utilized because of no lifeguards and lack of caring about users. pool lacks proper maintenance (chemical balance) mostly chloromines causing leaching and calcium issues. Often hours are cancelled due to staffing.. very good free weights and machines but moderate aerobic equipment. this area has slot of seniors but but no machines to accomodate (nustep limited recumbent equipment. usage is not regulated with often individuals staying on equipment over an hour at peak times. Facility often leaks terribly due to flat roofs that went out in 60'S. strong point is cleanliness. but does not enforce showering before swimming and on days with aquatics class, often a sludge on surface from oils and perfumes is evident mandatory showers is essential

Ste Gen was able to combine a large pool, gym w/ free weights, indoor courts, spinning class area, rent-able party room and even a library all in one massive building. The pool has a large slide, a swirling whirlpool, basketball net and one of the best wade in kiddie pool with a tower that dumps buckets of water every minute (kids are fascinated). My family rented the party room for another event. The room is nice sized with a full kitchen & even a laundry room. The cute little girls running the facility have always been small town friendly about our wants. As a bonus, there is a motorcycle track next to the parking lot that riders are getting enough air to "shock & awe" young & old alike. This great facility is along a long paved walking path that the city planners have winding down the middle of fields. This urban planning seems "visionary" in the middle of empty fields, but I am impressed.
