A number of professionals worked with us to find relief for our dog. They contacted our previous vet for us to get records and even patiently waited when "put on hold" to get further details about previous treatments. All questions were kindly answered, our input was welcomed, and we were included in all of the treatment (drawing blood, administering fluids...). Just a couple of hours after the appointment, we were emailed a detailed (4 pages) document, recording all that transpired during the visit. To top it all off, everything was affordable and everyone was so very pleasant!

She took her in to see Dr. Callejo in the Springboro Office. I had taken my dog there in the past. She wanted $720 to do 5 ex-rays and NO blood work. After agreeing to blood work, she said what she was doing would not show signs of cancer at rate of $420. She said her annual office visit is $420 with blood work. The tech suggested on doing 2 ex-rays so it would be less expensive. Dr. Callejo refused saying she wanted 5 ex-rays. It then became quite obvious that Dr. Callejo was strictly out for money. When I was going there, the vet cared about the animal and was much more compassionate and willing to work with you. When your pet is sick you want someone that cares about the animal not just the money. She could have done 1 or 2 ex-rays not 5 and then determined what else was needed. I will never recommend them again. What a sad experience.

Burris and dr. grant are the main people I've worked with here, and i love them. weve brought three dogs and a rabbit to them over the years. when we had to bring our bichon in to be euthanized, they were very compassionate and I took notice of the measures they took to make the experience as comfortable as possible. they are extremely rabbit savvy! both dr. grant and dr. burris owned rabbits in the past, and have cared for several rabbits over the years. they have been fantastic in making sure I always have access to the meds my pets need, and have always been easily reachable for questions. most importantly, they are not judgy and have never made me feel bad about long nails, or my buns fur that mats so easily. I've had poor experiences at different vets in the area, but I can always count on evergreen for compassionate help.

The only downside I've encountered is that the wait can be long- even with a scheduled appointment. Their prices are low and they provide excellent care, which makes them very popular. One time I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. He had extensive injuries. When they saw he was bleeding, they immediately moved me to the front of the line, gave him emergency surgery and kept him overnight, for a mere $500. The emergency vet would have been thousands more. They're not an emergency vet, but they saved my dog's life and continue to take care of my 16 year old. If you can be flexible regarding wait times, they are top notch.

Dr Maimon told me that Lola probably has sepsis and would not survive the surgery (she was guessing, no bloodwork was done). WRONG! I took Lola for a second opinion. The new vet could not understand what any vet would assume that. Well her blood work was perfect and she got some teeth removed and is fine. Someone who likes to terrorizes people by guessing that their dog has to have palliative care without any proof should not be a vet! Lola is now doing great!

Our cats are indifferent, but the staff makes them comfortable. We love that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs. Even though our cats are fine with dogs, I know many are not, so this makes things a lot easier for pet owners. Twin Maples also has an on-site hospital, so they can handle emergencies as well. We haven't ever had an issue with scheduling or getting our pets in when they are sick. The staff is also great at returning our phone calls and letting us speak with the vets on the phone with questions. We like them so much that after we had a horrible experience with Paws Inn on Kingsridge with the cats we co-own with a family member, we moved them over to Twin Maples and have been very pleased with the switch.

The thing I love about this business is they don't try to do a bunch of things to drive up costs. For example when my one dog couldn't walk instead of trying to do xrays, etc they put her on a steroid and pain pill to see if that helped first. It did! A very similar situation happened with my French Bulldog recently. They are very good about trying to see if other options work first before doing things that will cost an arm and a leg.
