I paid fir my daughter to take the online course on 8/16/25, when she tried logging on it asked for payment a 2nd time. I tried logging on with my information it reads there is no account available. The money was taken from my account, but I don't have an account. When calling the number there is no answer, just an answering message. No calls back form the fraudulent company. They responded to my review so I'm providing a response to their response. I was not calling on a Friday or the weekend. These were weekdays I was calling. I tried at least 3-4 times and got 1 callback which was 3 days later. Also having to pay 15 dollars to get a replacement certificate sent was not right. Especially after how much business I had done with you. I was initially told it would be waived but then you called my kid directly and he gave you his debit card number without me knowing. I am furious about that. I was told it was a special piece of paper that cost a lot. That was bull. It looked like something you got free from the DMV. I would happily paid for the postage. ***UPDATE - As I previously mentioned, I teach high school. Well it just so happens that the girl who had the lesson at 5 0 right after my daughter yesterday is my student. Yes, Bakersfield is a small world. She couldn't even complete her lesson because the same instructor, TIM, was shouting at her and made her cry in the car. She said he made her feel so stupid. She got in the back seat and had him take her home because she was crying so hard. So Congrats Tim! You made two sweet young ladies (that I know of) cry yesterday, question their intelligence and have the most negative first driving experience imaginable. If I could leave zero stars I would have. Let me start by saying that I am a credentialed teacher and I deal with teenagers everyday. There is a certain way that you talk to and deal with children. My daughter had her first behind the wheel with 5 0 today. She was bawling and traumatized upon the completion of the lesson. She deals with anxiety already and now she never wants to drive. The instructor yelled at her the entire two hours and she was SCARED of him. He also told her that she was "the worst student he has ever had and he has also instructed a deaf girl who drove into a tree". Mind you my daughter is a great student and the sweetest girl. Driving may be a challenge for her, but that is his job!!!! Teach her how to drive in a kind and respectful way. I am so disgusted with how my child was treated and would have never booked a lesson with them had I known how they teach/treat their students. The behind the wheel appointments I feel were the game changer for her to receive the best training, guidance and skills to become a safe and responsible driver, additionally the vehicles were nice and clean. I paid for the Premium package that included 5 driving lessons. I was told upon payment that if my teen didn't need any of the extra classes, only 3 are required, that I could definitely get a refund on the classes not needed. I cancelled the class #5, called several times for my refund, and was told by the manager that Five -O doesn't honor refunds on any driving lessons. So, now I'm out $100 of the $500 I paid up front. I don't appreciate being misinformed about the company's policy. Also, during class #4 the instructor took my teen way out west, during the driving lesson, and was taken out of the vehicle to look at elk. They watched elk for around 15 minutes on my $100 for that particular class. That was not appreciated either, all bad business in my opinion. I hope they enjoy dinner on my $100. Never again, never. I preferred a female driver and had called 3 other schools and this was the only school with female instructors. Also let me point out not all cars are easy to start a new driver on with my first child we went with another school and the cars the instructors came in had dark tint and imo blind spots the way the windows were sport type cars. I didn't like this makes it much harder on a new driver. With five O the cars all looked a little easier to drive. The female instructor that was assigned my daughter said she was very helpful and calm very clear helpful instructions. Best driving school! My son liked the instructors very much , they were nice explained thoroughly and my son felt confident driving. The customer service was excellent! Always made room and time for out schedule. My son took his test today and passed in 10 minutes ! I 100% recommend Five O driving school.
