She was literally turning around, yelling at her coworkers, blaming me for the line not moving, and acting like I was the problem -- all within less than a minute. Her attitude was nasty, hostile, and completely unprofessional. I have never in my life had a fast food employee curse at me through the window like that. I wasn't being difficult. I wasn't yelling. I wasn't rude. I was simply checking my order because YOUR staff made it incorrectly. I eventually got out of my car and walked up to the window. The second she realized I was confronting her directly, her entire attitude flipped. You personalize your dish accordingly with add ins such as veggies, rice, etc., so add as much or little as you like, it's all the same price. They have a very efficient line operation so it moves the line of customers pretty quick, but not making you feel rushed either. You can also add queso at the end, prices start around $2 or so for a small size. You have to get the queso though, it's a must!
