This company advertises that their cleaning process uses less water therefore the carpet dries faster. However, the cleaning process also does not pick up any dirt. The cotton pads that are supposed to pick up the dirt only serve to smear it around. I used a $200 Hoover Steam Vac to clean the carpet myself after ChemDry left and picked up a ton more dirt. Don't waste your money on this company! Stick with one of the steam cleaners. read more

I am very happy with the results. They were able to remove some black marks that were on the edges of each of the carpeted stairs. Marks that the "other" carpet cleaners could not remove last June. They take their time, and sloppy work will not ever be tolerated by this company!! It is a family run business and they are fully invested in having you as a return customer!
