Look no further than whimsy for all of your wedding paper goods!! Amy & Janet are masters at what…read morethey do and created the most perfect wedding invitation suite, place cards, menus & wedding ceremony programs for us. I wasn't familiar with wedding invitation etiquette, inserts, etc and both of them were very knowledgeable and helped walk us through the whole process. They had a beautiful selection of paper and styles to select from so we could create our timeless and elegant wedding invites. We also live in PA but got married in DE and they were great with allowing a mix of in person and e-mail communications throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the final product. Not to mention our invites were reasonable and tax free! We had so many people comment on our invites and other paper goods and how they all complemented each other so perfectly. Will definitely be using for other events in the future and definitely recommend if you're looking for personable and professional service with an excellent product at a good rate. Thanks again!!

I'm a Delaware Art Museum member so I must say it is one of the best decisions that I have made in…read morerecent years joining. I have visited the museum many times over decades but in the last two years since joining, I've probably visited just as much as I did in all the time prior. There's quality diverse program on top of the standing exhibits in the galleries and visiting ones. I am a born Wilmingtonian and have always enjoyed culture and the arts, which again is why I have frequented this museum many times before, but I think it's a jewel that many locals neglect to appreciate. You don't have to go to the larger regional cities for acclaimed artists as many are here. The proximity to other places of interest in the area, can allow you to enjoy this and many others during a day or weekend trip if you're not local or live outside of the city. Join the mailing list and check the events because there is always something going; the images on my review are from a few of them. I keep saying I'm there so much I should join the team, but this is my way of supporting in sharing this review.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a custom keychain in memory of my recently deceased…read morecat because Dollfy's advertisements showed incredibly realistic and detailed pet replicas. I even paid an additional $20 to review the artwork before production. What they sent me for approval looked nothing like the quality advertised. I completely understand that handmade products will vary, but this goes far beyond normal artistic variation. The realism, detail, proportions, and overall quality were dramatically different from the product shown in their advertisement. I raised this concern multiple times, but they continued offering revisions without addressing my actual concern: if you advertise a certain level of quality, customers should reasonably expect you to deliver something comparable. I will try to post the advertisement alongside the preview I received so people can judge the difference for themselves. I told Dollfy that I am happy to accept a revision if they can actually make my cat with the same level of realism and quality they advertise. Otherwise, I want a refund. This was supposed to be a meaningful memorial for my cat, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I strongly recommend looking at actual customer results before ordering.

I do believe they shipped it, and the delivery issue was with USPS, however when I contacted customer support, it was like pulling teeth to get any information to assist in my search. And they did not offer to help in any way by reimbursing or remaking a new item at a discounted cost. If you don't pay extra for insurance, they could care less about assisting you. Very disappointed with this experience.
