I would previously take my wheelchair bound mom to the old location and while sometimes it was a tight squeeze, she was mostly able to browse and shop easily and she spent quite a bit of money there. We were disappointed to find that the set up in the new store made shopping impossible for her. We unfortunately won't be able to come back unless something changes.

Merchandises were displayed neatly on the shelves. I was actively seeking a souvenir or food gift for my good friend back home in So Cal. My first thought was fruit jam, but nothing resonated. Then I saw Creamy Honey. Light bulb lit up and grabbed one jar. Ten dollars isn't too bad. When paying at the counter, I saw a bar of Oklahoma Prickly Pear Chocolate. It's a pretty big bar. What an intriguing find! Couldn't help myself and grabbed it, too. Lady staff members were so very friendly and cordial. What a wonderful crew! When I tried to return/exchange it, they informed me of their 48 hour return policy. They extended this to a week for the holidays, but still was outside of my window for a return. Even though I came in right after Christmas, the staff said I was out of luck. What's crazier is that 90% of the items here are just being resold from Amazon. With Amazon having a better return policy and not having the additional mark up, this local option doesn't work for me. If you like something, take a pic and then do a google image search and buy on Amazon. Don't get stuck like I did!
