Let's face it, nobody has time to dry clean everything and when a tag says "machine wash delicate, air dry", and I follow those directions, I expect it to be the same size and shape the next time I wear it. Sadly, more often than not, the tops shrink. Sizing up doesn't always work, as shrinkage isn't uniform or predictable. These clothes aren't cheap, so one expects better wear. Granted, I'm cheap and buy clearance, making it far less painful. Note: Staff are always a pleasure to encounter.

As, most items were brand new, but at a slight fraction of the cost. Giving five stars for their 7 day return policy. Because even the most savvy shoppers like having that option. They do not accept returns on washed merchandise...Jen was condescending (kept calling me hun) and argumentative (insisting there was no shrinkage). She volunteered to stream the top in an effort to prove there was nothing wrong with the quality, but finally gave up and recommended I iron it.
