What truly set them apart was their professionalism during a chaotic full-home renovation: they seamlessly coordinated with multiple construction crews, stayed on schedule, and never once complained about the dust or delays. After we moved in, they returned promptly for complimentary touch-ups, leaving no detail overlooked. The quality is gallery-level, yet their pricing is exceptionally fair--I got four other quotes from well-known commercial outfits, and Willard and Ward came in a full 25% lower while delivering the best work by far. Honestly, I expected to pay far more for this caliber of craftsmanship. If you want painters who treat your home like their own, look no further than Willard and Ward. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased to report that the Michael L. Wales company is at the top of the A-list! Mr. Wales, who viewed the wallpapering project and provided the cost quotation, is a real gentleman; he has years of experience which support his expertise, and a sense of humor which makes his visit a real pleasure. Alice Wales, Michael's daughter, arrived to perform her wallpaper magic, and displayed an exceptional talent and skill, along with a work-ethic rarely seen. She possesses a sense of humor which equals her Father's, and her approach to her chosen profession reflects that of the 'old masters' we used to encounter in 'the good old days'! The Hoods in Brimfield, Massachusetts, do recommend Michael L. Wales Painting completely and without reservation, and do aver that they are deserving of approbation for their professionalism and quality work!
