Also, The hours suck for people who want to work out on sundays or at night the rest of the week. I got a membership at planet fitness just for the availability. The one thing I liked about this gym was the sauna. It's the only sauna in town as far as I know. Usually it's pretty dark in there but today I dropped my water bottle and turned on my flashlight to grab it and became very DISTURBED! Nicotine packets on the wall. Black mystery substance on the floor on top of old laminate tiles that they just placed the sauna wood on top of. I'm honestly scared to come back to the sauna and that's a bummer.

There is a locker room, but all the lockers had locks on them because they were already in use so I had to just leave my bag under the bench which made me uncomfortable. When I went back into the locker room there were women in there taking up a lot of space, practicing their posing for a bodybuilding contest. Which is fine, but they gave me dirty looks when I had to say excuse me & walk past them to grab my bag. 95% men in there. Staring was constant. Lastly, you know when you can tell people are not all natural? That feel was abundant, for the men and women. If you're looking for that vibe, this gym is for you. I won't be going back

They do not have any Hammer Strength Machines. I would recommend Planet Fitness as a place to join. I travel and have visited many around the country. All are kept squeaky clean.

If you are a clean freak and have a larger invisible bubble than others this is your warning because this is not a large gym. On the other hand if the price and location is right, I say give it a try and don't make a pricier commitment until you prove to yourself you'll attend the gym regularly.
