The gym has every piece of top quality equipment you could possibly need for strength training and everything is in great condition. The gym is well laid out and there are never more than 5-10 people in the gym at once (many times I'm there alone). And you can't beat the 24/7/365 time open. The owner Paul is extremely friendly and even works out at the gym himself. He provides personal training at the gym and is extremely well informed when it comes to fitness. Overall, there really isn't anything to complain about. It's a great place to exercise for all ages/genders.

The gym is open 24-hours and has all the main weights and machines you'd need for a good workout. Of the many gyms I've been to in my life, I've never seen as diverse a clientele as En Forma has: bodybuilders, father/son pairs, average Joes... there's quite the mix. Everyone is welcome. Working with Jon as a personal trainer has been a rewarding experience. He takes the time to get to know you as a client, deeply understands your goals, and motivates you throughout a workout. Jon also is a nutritionist who incorporates food/diet into his training. Nadia also trains clients (and speaks Spanish if you're looking for a bilingual trainer!). Beyond those two, En Forma has a team of other trainers available if you're looking for some one-on-one fitness help. The gym is small, but cozy. Cardio machines are available, but sparse compared to larger gyms. This isn't a problem, though -- I've never seen them fully occupied. My only suggestion for improvement would be a water fountain! This is a new gym, though, so I have no doubt one is in the works for the future. Last but not least, parking can be tough in the lot depending on what time of day you come. I'd recommend parking on the street and walking -- it's a good warm up for your workout! ;)

I would give it three starts for that but this is why I'm giving it a 1. 1. I booked the class on mind body it said "pass available" During the middle of class Jenn was passed a note and told me to see the desk after class. Apparently my passes were expired but the app and the two studios still let me sign up without a problem, showing that I still had classes left to use! 2. The front desk woman was very nice as we walked through the steps that could have went wrong. She asked me for my credit card, I declined saying"I wouldn't have come if I didn't think I had a class available" seeing these classes are about $28 for a drop in. She understood and she said she would figure it out with the other studio tomorrow morning. 3. Morning comes and I get a call from the coach Jenn. She immediately asks me for my credit card info after I already informed her of the conversation stated above. She proceeds to tell me if I don't give her the card into she will just get it from the other studio I have been to. At that point I had to state very clearly and strongly I do not approve or condone her taking my credit card information . She then CONTINUES to say that someone has to pay for the visit. I tell her I understand but that will not be me seeing it was either due to; the app, her studio or the other studio. 4. I am also in the business of fitness and I have NEVER once seen this kind of pushy-ness or poor customer service. Believe me this has happened to me being the coach and I chalk it up because I want a happy customer and I fix the problem so the malfunction doesn't happen again. Truly haven't see this poor of customer service in years. Yikes!!!

The cardio and power exercises can be intense but you need to know your body and know when to tone jt down a bit. Since its a dedicated class with everyone doing the same workout based on instructions and motivation from the trainer sometimes pushing yourself that much extra can be tricky and you will need to know at what point you can push yourself and at what point you need to take a step back and slow things a little. I personally in my first class almost got nauseous because to match up to everyone around me I pushed myself beyond what my body could handle.. Was not the brightest idea.. If you are someone who is thinking about it, I recommend signing up for a class to see if it works for you. You have 1 free class to try it out which you can call in to sign up or even sign up online and if you like it then you can look at their various plans and see the right fit..

The manager, desk girls, and instructors here are all so amazing and have made me feel welcome since day one. I highly recommend this studio!

I've never enjoyed working out as much as I did here, and it completely changed how I think about fitness. The small class sizes make such a difference you really get personalized attention. The instructors take the time to give helpful corrections and make sure you're moving safely, which is something I haven't experienced as much at other studios. I've actually been able to apply what I learned here to other workouts, and I can see a huge improvement in both my form and results. Some of my favorite classes were Flow 1.5 and Control 1.5 (I only wish there were more Control 1.5 classes on the schedule!). The instructors Ahram, Jennifer, Bethany, Rachel, and Samantha are all AMAZING. They each bring so much energy, encouragement, and knowledge, and it really shows in every class. Bella, the studio manager, has also been incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came time to cancel my membership. One of the best perks for me was the variety of class times offered throughout the day, which was perfect since I work from home. The only thing I'll note is that if you prefer morning classes, they can fill up quickly, especially with certain instructors. The membership is definitely an investment, but for me, it was so worth it to learn reformer Pilates in such a welcoming and supportive environment. Overall, I had such a great experience at Club Pilates Burlington and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn Pilates in a fun, motivating, and safe space! Hopefully I'll be back soon through drop in classes on ClassPass!
