They don't just throw you in a group and make you do the same workout as everyone else. Your journey is personalised to your body type and your fitness level, and you are introduced into the gym through a series of sessions that help you get to know the equipment and then help you learn to move correctly. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging, and I've even heard people say that they used to hate going to gyms, until they found this one. I've made many new friends by training there. Also, there is a huge emphasis on injury prevention and setting you up for successful body tranformations. This gym is not a quick fix option, but one that will surely get you the results you are looking for whilst educating you along the way. Lovely staff all very friendly and helpful. A nutritionist is on staff and the trainers are good. They are a bit different in that the offer crossfit for an additional fee. I know its very popular but a bit too hard for me. I'll stick to spin. They also offer an outdoor running club in the winter which I will try this year. The reason my score is a 3 not a 4 is the lack of classes and ac which in the summer is brutal so close to the lake (humid). Overall I like it the people are nice and it doesn't have a intimidating feel that some gyms do.
