I luckily came across April and Charlene From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and felt like I belonged in the community. Everyone was so friendly and positive. I absolutely love April's energy and her positive, fun personality She always makes me laugh in class and makes sure to encourage everyone at all levels. I have taken Zumba classes many times before and I've enjoyed them, but I've never met people like April and Charlene who were just so down to earth and personable and made me feel so comfortable and right at home Last week we did a fun XMas playlist which was super cute and incorporated great moves, and working different parts of our bodies. I love how April incorporates core and muscle work into her songs I always end up leaving the class smiling and in a better mood then when I started, so that's definitely good thing! Not to mention that post workout glow I really wish April taught more Zumba classes during the week. I would definitely go to her 3x/week for Zumba if that was an option!!

You are not barked at in class the way some HIIT classes are run elsewhere, and they get to know you and know what motivates you. Each day class focuses on something different (fat blasting, strength, etc) so you are always using different muscles and your body doesn't adjust to the same routine and you consistently see results. The best part is very flexible class times, from 5:15am to 6:45pm, so no excuses that you can't make it! And it's only 30 min long, that includes stretching before and after class. You can also get nutritional instruction and become part of a workout family. Highly recommend if you need smart, helpful people to help you achieve your fitness goals. For me I have lost weight, toned up, my face cleared up (not going to lie, you sweat A LOT in class), and I started sleeping 8 hours a night instead of my usual 5 or 6.
