i've been a member at Orangetheory for almost 2 years now. I've always loved the instructors…read more They've always brought a really good energy into the sessions. The only problem is with the receptionist at the front. Her name is Jordan. On many occasions her attitude has been absolute trash. She always makes passive aggressive comments. I even tried to get my friend to sign up and while she was getting signed up, she was making passive aggressive comments to both me and her making us both feel very unwelcome. I came to a class today. I got there at 3:20 PM. It's never been an issue in the past, but because it was five minutes and a couple of seconds, she said that she couldn't let me in the class, even though it was only 3:20 PM. I always try to remain very upbeat and positive when I'm communicating with people and she always leaves a bad taste in my mouth. One time I came in three minutes past (which still left me with 2 minute before the window closes) and she told me to run because I only have a few seconds. I will not be talked down to, I will not be condescended, if I were a manager at this location I would have a talk with Jordan and have her fix her attitude or maybe remove her from her position if she's not a people person.

It's one of…read morethe best gyms I've ever been a part of, and I don't even take part in all there is to offer. It's convenient having 3 locations, especially with one being solely for women. While it is pricey, it can be worth it if used properly. I especially love the amount of classes that are offered across the 3 locations although some of them I wish were offered at different ones or different times but that's not something that can really be controlled and is up to who the instructor is so I get it. My favorite classes are dance attack and Bodypump. Highly recommend!
