I know it's one of the most popular gyms in the St.Cloud area, without much competition, and honestly offers a great amount of machines and variety for all types of training. We were on there on a Saturday morning, in the aerobics room doing crunches, when a couple came in, they starting making a video of themselves, flexing and what not, then he took his shirt off, and of course we were probably in the video as well, (in the background), we went to the front desk to complain and were told nothing they could do because there are no managers on the weekend....What? Was told they are allowed to film, as long as no one complains (well, we are complaining), . We all 3 walked back into the area, the guy had put his shirt back on, so the worker just said there is nothing i can do, and walked away. read more

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS GYM- unless you want to spend 10-20 minutes waiting for parking and gym equipment. Gym is outrageously packed , parking is also jammed packed. They jam all machines right by next to each other. You only have a foot of space to walk around. I almost got hit in my face with an upper body machine. Team members are rude. I've been here 3 or 4 times is always the same outcome. It's a wild house - doesn't matter the time! Not worth it When you try to cancel membership they want to charge you a ridiculous amount. Don't sign any contract with them. This gym is always ridiculously packed and most of the equipment is old/outdated. Also, alot of the equipment in this gym at times are to close together and like I said no matter what time of day you come its way to packed. The parking lot is also not big enough so prepare to walk very far. They charge $100 to get out of their contract plus the rest you owe for the remainder of your contract. They don't follow ADA policies either and all there trainers need trainers. Once crunch opens in saint cloud next year in the summer, this gym will be losing customers I guarantee. I've been a member of this gym for a while, and while it has some great aspects, there are definitely areas that need improvement. Unfortunately, a lot of the machines are rusty and can be hard to adjust because of it. It seems like they aren't being maintained as well as they should be, and it can take a long time for broken machines to get fixed. Given that there aren't many gym options in Saint Cloud, they seem to get away with these issues without addressing them quickly. That being said, the staff is always very friendly, and the group fitness classes are excellent. They have some of the best yoga instructors I've encountered--Trisha and Sharon are both amazing. If they could just invest more in updating the equipment, this gym would be much better. . read more

Skip this place, poorly maintained, old equipment, sloppy management. CRUNCH fitness is incredible!! Judgement free, lots of new equipment management is wonderful and it's less expensive. Management knew I have a heart condition and I need to check my heart rate regularly but choose to call me out anyway. I got aggressive with a member who was holding up a machine for 12 minutes while talking on the phone. I brought it to management's attention and nothing happened. read more

I am very happy on how Fitness CF is doing everything they can to take safety measures during this difficult time. As soon as you walk in the take your temperature and hand you a fresh towel and bleach to clean off your equipment before you use it and after you use it so the next person can repeat the steps. I genuinely enjoy this gym their is so many machines and a cross fit area for sled pushing, ropes, trx etc. I highly recommend joining this gym they even let you try it for 1 day for free. Also to add they have a cardio movie room so you can literally run without feeling like you're running cause there's a movie on. And last but not least they have a ladies room so if you did not feel comfortable squatting in front of men you have your own little area. Which I highly appreciate! read more

I asked her if she could help me and she just straight up ignored me. She looked like she didn't even want to help me. I felt very uncomfortable with her and i felt very unwanted there. Scam. Avoid at all cost. Cancelled over the phone and in email when we moved... paid in full. Kept billing, kept paying auto... stopped it. They kept trying to collect and finally put a collection on my credit. Paid it. You'll notice a theme here. They keep wanting to take money for nothing. My advice is to simply know what you are in for. The membership is 99.95 annual collected not up front but later. From day one you owe it plus your monthly. When you cancel you owe it regardless. One month in you owe it. Now if the gym is worth 100 plus 41 a year and 30 per month and know you have to cancel in person... then go for it. But don't believe their lies about month to month bs. Across the street is a better gym that is 40 per year, 25 a month and for that you can go to any gym of theirs in the nation. Cleaner too. read more

Extremely satisfied! From day one, I have always been welcomed and greeted by professional staff as I enter the gym. They have been very helpful and answered all my questions while making me feel like a belonged. I have tried many of the classes and enjoyed every one of them. The instructors are great and make every person in the class (regardless of their level or ability) feel at ease and welcomed. I met with Normi for a personal training session and consult and she was awesome. I also enjoyed Jen. B's Zumba class, even though this was way out of my comfort zone. The facility is always clean and there are plenty of machines that are well maintained. Being new to the area I have enjoyed making new friends and would recommend this gym to anyone that asks! read more

Not happy with Fitness CF. I signed a contract with Golds GYM years ago only to see it changed to CF Fitness. I had Automatic payments for years only to have CCard expire in November. 6 months later I get a collection notice for $176. I was never officially notified by CF Fitness until I got a 3rd party collection notice. I never had this issue when it was with Golds GYM. Buyer Beware!!! read more

Scammers, beware! I tried to cancel after about 7months due to work changes but was told I have to pay for the length of the contract. Ok no probl'em. I finished paying that but noticed they kept billing me and charged my account. When I called again they said my account was changed over to a month-to-month account after the year was over! I never authorized that since I wanted to close the account. I found out today they reported me to the credit bureau for $147 in arrears. Customer service is terrible, collection company is rude. This gym used to be my actual Santuary in venting my frustrations on what I deal with on a daily basis unfortunately I was banned for 6 months of something I couldn't even control being sick as an employee when I had proof and emailed the general manager in a professional matter giving my two week notice , mind you we are still in a pandemic as well , I wanted to further my opportunity as a personal trainer but again I got sick with an upper respiratory infection and I was a member for 4 years dedicating myself to get completely robbed outta my membership meanwhile I was endorsing them everyday on a high level on my Instagram and all , I would never give you guys business again read more

I was presently surprised when I walked in this morning. I was not met with the typical musty smell of dried sweat and spit most gyms greet you with. The staff greeted me as I walked in and promptly gave me a satisfactorily clean towel upon request. The pleasant experience continues as you walk past the well kept equipment to the exceptionally clean locker room. This gym is laid out in a logical manner and has everything, it could satisfy the most experienced fitness competitors. The free weights were all where they should be and there are plenty of them to go around. I interacted with a couple trainers and was received with friendliness. I even witnessed one of the trainers cleaning machines while waiting for his next client. That is a first for me and I've been to gym all over the country. If you live within 30 minutes of this location do yourself a favor and drive past the other fitness centers to patronize this Fitness CF. read more

Been a member for a year now. Very nice gym, more equipment then in Lakeland gyms. Men and women zones are separate, which is key to me. I love the movie theater, with a good movie I can walk on a treadmill for over an hour... I really love it so far. read more

Last year I contacted this Gym management to cancel my membership since the gym was closed and covid-19 was the reason. They offered as an only option to suspend my gym membership for 6 months. Fast forward today, I contacted them again as a reminder that I do not wish to renew my membership only to be told I still have to pay for the suspended months and after I told them of this unethical practice was offered another option to pay $99 to cancel completely, an option that was never mentioned the first time I contacted them. This gym would purposely without an option to leave their facility permanently despite me saying I will not be back at the gym so they can get a monthly fee. What an unethical company read more

After not stepping foot in the gym for probably 2 years, I decided to get back to it! The staff at Fitness CF was very nice and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions. We ended up signing up for the "Premier Family" membership plan. Best deal if you have a larger family. After their complimentary Face2Face program to get me started had come to an end, I met Ted! It was a blessing and a curse all in one. I have really been challenged to work harder and always look forward to the next day and the new challenge he has given to me as a trainer. First, I like to do yoga at this place. My personal trainer is also nice. Everything was fine until 2.5 months later when I had to cancel my membership due to medical reason. I talked to the front desk staff, she told me I had to pay $100 for penalty fee. She asked me to call the manager about my medical situation, and I did. I called 3 times and finally had a chance to talk to him. He asked me to get a letter from my doctor and then him directed me to ABC Financial (888-827-9262). I submitted the doctor's letter to ABC Financial LLC. I called them 2 times to make sure they got it. They said it takes 2-3 business days to confirm if they got my email and then takes another 30 days for them to cancel my membership. And 2 days after I summited the doctor's letter, they charged me $45 for yearly fee even I had called to cancel my membership in advance. Few days later, they did not accept my doctor's letter. I talked to the manager again. He said if I don't want to back and forth with this process, just go ahead and pay for cancellation fee and this will be end, no more headache! I asked him, is this meant as long as I pay the cancellation fee, then I'm fine! He said "Yes". Because my doctor was super busy so that's why I decided to pay the cancellation fee and close this case right here. I went to the gym on April 28th, pay $107.50 for cancellation fee. The front desk said, I still could access the gym until May 21st. I said "Thank, but I can't do exercise right now". I was a bit upset with this mess but I thought "okay, from now on I don't need to deal with them anymore". But the story wasn't end. 2 days ago, my credit card was charged another $37.61 for the monthly fee. I called the manager again. He said it takes 30 days notice after cancellation. He said "I already mentioned that" which is different from the last time we spoke. What the hell! This place is a scam. I would not recommend to anyone. I have learnt a big lesson, not only loosing my money for nothing but also bringing me so many headache. So awful to do business with them! read more
