I've enjoyed taking the HIIT and Strength Training classes. I've been training 1 on 1 with Brian and he's been an amazing trainer. Brian is a trainer who will continue pushing and encouraging you throughout the whole session. He makes me feel like I can kill it at all these exercises even when I'm ready to tap out lol. Melissa (the owner) was also the instructor and was very thorough in demonstrating and making sure everyone was safe before proceeding. The studio is impeccably clean even tho there are cats that run the place. Loved that one sat under me the whole class time. Melissa loves what she does and has a great personality. Her customer service skills are excellent which is why my class ended up being 3 hours long but it was a relaxing 3 hours. Definitely got my moneys worth and will go back again and again and again.

I told her I wanted to try crossfit. She said she'd join me if I found a place. I found Panoply and they were excellent down to earth people. They worked directly with us for the first 3 days to ensure we understood the basics and then let us loose. We enjoy going there now and look forward to our workouts everyday. The atmosphere is excellent, and inspiring. The range of people is basically from beginner to beast and so everyone fits in. The one thing I didn't expect is that they put a lot of focus on mobility. I have herniated disks in my back and in the last 6 weeks have seen so much improvement. Both, my son and I have came here for training over the last 4 years and we will continue to do so. I have taken group fitness classes with Coach Jordan, but he has since moved out of state. My son has completed in the many sports camps that ATC offers, speed and agility training and personal training for kids at their facility in St. Cloud and more at the Hickory Tree Fields. It is an awesome program for kids to stay in shape and improve their footwork. My son loves coming, he has learned so much about form and exercise. Matt is very patient with any age child, dedicated, supportive and encouraging of the boys. It's one of my favorite places in St. Cloud! Before he has any of the boys/girls do any of the moves, he breaks it down in chunks for the kids to see and learn it. He takes his training very seriously and teaches his students the proper way to lift and do each movement. My son's personal favorites are pushing/pulling the sled with weights, battle ropes, burpees, ladder and the weights. Some of the training is done at the local football field, where most of the players play youth football. The owner of ATC, is Mat Baker. ATC stands for Above the Competition and they have a Facebook page, where he posts when the next trainings are timewise and location.
