There was confusion, people trying to figure out when they would actually be served, and no clear organization for the line or orders. Around 6:15, they were serving other trucks/customers who arrived later, while people who had already been waiting for hours were still not being served. The overall ambiance felt unorganized and frustrating, with a lot of standing around, confusion, and a lack of customer service. Our order was finally taken around 7:00, and we received our food around 7:45. The food was okay, but it was definitely not worth the hype. We ordered two burgers--one was over-seasoned, and the other was just a regular burger. The fries tasted like they came straight from the freezer, the cheese was just basic cheese, and the food appeared to have been sitting around instead of being freshly prepared. The wings were sitting in the fryer, and a worker was asking if anyone wanted wings instead of preparing them when ordered. There were also several wrong orders being made, and food was being refried. They ran out of certain burger options and didn't have enough supplies. Overall, the service, organization, and atmosphere did not match the hype. The experience was disappointing, especially considering the long wait.

The only thing that I would add is a little bit more spiciness to it but that's just me I like spicy but it was absolutely perfect. Me and my whole group absolutely enjoyed our sandwich and we were highly disappointed that when the parade was over they was done because we wanted some more. The service was great. It's in a parking lot right off of Holcombe Ave, you can't miss it. It's next to a barbershop, so there's limited parking. You walk up to the window to place your order. When you place your order they don't get a name, they just tell you how long it's going to be, she told me 15 minutes. It had a nice sear on the patty, the bun was soft, the tomato and the lettuce were fresh, it was great. The wings were fried just like I like them, crispy. The sauce, I'm not sure what it was, but it was fantastic. I could have sucked the bones on these wings, they were absolutely amazing. But the star of the show, definitely, were these Big Top fries. We're talking smooth, creamy cheese, shrimp, bacon, and some type of steak. Baabee, woo, so good. Let me tell you something, make your way to Holcombe Ave, get a plate of deliciousness and tell me all about it. Shoot, if you let me know 24 hours in advance, I might even meet you over there. Those fries though. The flavor was delicious. The cheese kissed every single fry. The fries, soaked with this creamy deliciousness, we're still crispy enough to handle it. I really enjoy it because it's a family-owned business. They open at 6 PM and stay open until 4 AM, which makes it a great spot for a late-night snack. It's located in downtown Mobile, so there are plenty of places to walk around and explore while also grabbing a delicious bite to eat. One thing I don't like is that they don't offer a combo meal, so you have to purchase the hot dog, fries, and drink separately. The line can also get very long. They do offer unlimited toppings, which is a plus. However, since it's in the downtown area, finding parking can be difficult. You may have to park farther away and walk. Overall a good place to visit!
