I gave this company the opportunity to inspect and flush my coolant system, inspect and recharge my AC system, inspect and flush my front and rear differential and transfer case and inspect and flush my transmission. I left with an AC system that blows hotter than the heater. How can anyone expect one system was inspected and maintained correctly when the other performs so poorly after such a "service". I was also taken for $250 so that someone could punch a few buttons on a programmer to reprogram my cpu which performs worse now as when it did when I brought it in to their shop. All this place has done was fix my ability to have faith that all GM dealerships are not equal. I would caution anyone coming here for service to question how that service is performed. I personally think they suck and charge for things they're not qualified to do. Buyer beware! You cannot trust these mechanics. What's unfortunate for them and me alike is that I am looking for someone to replace my shocks, add an air ride suspension, replace my mirrors with towing mirrors and rotate my wheels. I wouldn't trust them with rotating my wheels at this point. No stars for this group. Go somewhere else if you're in need of service.

He drove out to the address I gave him and said he had never been there, but could provide us with propane and just give him a call when we got to the house. Literally left rings the size of half basketballs on my seats. Improper cleaning technique. The owners could not identify cleaner they used on dash some" white spray" quote.. Anyway, the black around control knobs is discolored on dash. The wax is not properly applied it is not smooth its rough and bumpy. They charged $165.. they told me to buy new seats if i wanted stains out they caused. They took less than a minute to rectify the matter..hurridly sprayed more cleaner just leaving lines where they sprayed it again. They told me i wasnt shit , my car was a dumpster (no food or food trash, no cigerette butts no burns, no large dents , only a few years old) . I told them there were belongings in car in message on machine and that i would provide a small to medium sized tote to put them in. This large blonde lady continued to harass me said i was a joke. The male owner ricky lawhead said get out of here not even trying to make it right or asking if i was satisfied. Local businesses said they would commit to writing statements my car was not filthy or disgusting as they claimed trying to humilate me yelling through the parking lot. Assault customers, horrible job, took money for services not done correctly still have lines on seats from more discoloration from 3rd attempt to correct situation with no mention as for an apology for inconvenience on their part for their 3rd attempt now. I was very sad the way i was treated and very hurt. I also thought $165 was alot of money to waste. I paid cash so no way to get reimbursed.
