I already go to physical therapy, but this is a great addition for my body's wellbeing. I initially had a hard time getting someone to call me back, but boy was the little wait worth it. They have a special for new customers, $49 for 50 minutes. Sure, it's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The therapist that worked on me was friendly and very informative. She started me with an overhead squat and this analyzed my MAPS (an acronym I can't for the life of me remember what every letter stands for). It was an informative screening of my posture, ambulation and strength. From there, we went to a stretching table. It was a good stretch and thankfully not too painful! I enjoyed it so much I did sign up for a membership, which is $299 for 4 sessions each month. I'm really looking forward to seeing some results going here.

I became a member of Onelife Fitness in August. At first, I was worried about it because I noticed…read morethat Onelife members were very fit, and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. However, once I started going to Onelife, I noticed that that reason, it motivated me to work out more. Another reason why I love going to Onelife is that there are many machines and squat/deadlift stations. I do not have to wait for a long time for the other person to be done with their workout due to that reason. Onelife is clean and organized as well. Their staffs and members return used plates and equipment after use. Their locker rooms are also clean. The only thing that I don't like about Onelife is that they are not 24 hours. We had to keep our membership at my other gym because we go there when Onelife is closed. I highly recommend Onelife for people who enjoys going to the gym or wants to start to have more physical activity.

You can also schedule your own sessions via the mobile app - it's very easy to either schedule solo visits or with up to 2 friends in the same class. Also a benefit: 24 hour access to members, to fit their individual needs. Definitely a great place to promote your health and sweat it out!

But here, you get so much for what you pay! They have tons of classes at a variety of times. My go-to's are kettlebells and Tabata--they're such killer workouts but in the best way. One of the things I love most is that the instructors actually do the workouts with you, which is so motivating. Plus, they're super helpful if you need modifications--they just want you to feel good and do your best. And even though this is one of the smaller YMCAs, the vibe is always friendly and welcoming.
