Since joining, I've already shed about 6 pounds and lost about 2% body fat! Coach Rod's meal plans are easy to prep and follow, and won't leave you feeling hungry. I appreciate the check ins and how he tailors your plan to meet your specific goals. I also love taking classes with Coach Sean and Coach Nick. They're so supportive and most importantly, keep you motivated while checking your form. The classes might be only 30 minutes long, but they are TOUGH and will keep your heart rate pumping. Everyone in the group classes have been super kind and inviting and it's such an awesome community to be a part of. I'm a little bit more than halfway through the six week challenge, and I am excited to see how much progress I will have made by the end of it.

My goal was to lose a pound a week and although I have not been keeping up well with the diet/eating portion, I have actually gained 2 pounds of muscle and I'm feeling better than I have in a long time! I'm looking forward to making this my lifestyle. Everyone who works here has been super friendly and supportive too!

    Mr Joshua the owner of Carter fitness Hired the carpet cleaning company that I used to work, first…read morething he said I found you guys on Groupon so I know thats the bait because we have Groupon deals as well, Mr Joshua started to get very aggressive with a very bad attitude, I got my phone and start recording my self because I was not feeling safe at his apartment in woodland hills, usually in our industry we recommend customers to clean their carpets between 3-4 months, "Basic cleaning" and deep cleaning every "1-2 years" so Mr Joshua mentioned that he haven't cleaned his carpet for over 3 years, he had a lot of pet urine and heavy black traffic area, he said just tell me how much you gonna charge me with an aggressive tone of voice and cussing at me , I told him "I'm not feeling safe working for you like that" he got very upset " aggressive" and slammed the door in my shoulders, I think thats the way he is an aggressive person that likes to be cussing at people, after slamming the door at me I had some type of discomfort the company that I used to work made me go to the hospital to get checked out , God bless was only a bruise. You can tell they really want to see you succeed, not just show up and survive...although some days survival is definitely the goal. The trainers are fun, crazy, motivating, and they will make you hurt in the best way possible. Alex is truly the best of the best. He is supportive and will 100% text you to make sure your butt gets to the gym. Bryan has some of the best workouts and hands down the best music, which makes it slightly easier to forget that your body is on fire. Steve will have you laughing, sweating, and leaving with arms and legs that feel like jelly. Ben will have you wanting to leave after the warm up alone but stick around for the whole work out and you will truly see and feel the results. All the trainers hold you accountable because they know you can do it! The Camp workouts are HARD. There will be days you sit in your car questioning every life choice that brought you there. But once class starts, the energy, the trainers, and the people around you push you to keep going and to do better for yourself! And it is SO worth it. Since starting at The Camp in August 2025, I have successfully lost 50 pounds, and I truly could not have done it without this place. The gym is always clean, organized, and classes start on time, which I really appreciate. This place helps you become the strongest version of yourself. It's hard, it's sweaty, it's sometimes painful, but it is absolutely worth it. You won't regret it!

    This review is long overdue!…read more Just a quick background: A friend recommended this place to me towards the end of June, and that's when I started attending (2-3 times a week). I am more of a runner, but I choose to strength train because 1. I want to get stronger, and 2. I'm tired of getting injured. I didn't know what to do at traditional gyms and was not confident about my form. So here is a list of why I love this gym: 1. As a slow learner, I appreciated that the trainers show you the exercises at the beginning of class. Also, in case you need to remember (like me), there are screens at each station that display each exercise and the number of reps/sets. 2. The facility is clean and organized! When you check in with the staff (who are also very welcoming and kind), they hand you a towel so you can clean your station. I've also seen the staff clean the workout area with a machine mid-day, which is fantastic. 3. There are three rooms and four types of classes (Weight Training Class, HIIT Cardio Class, Booty Class, and stretch Class). I have only attended the Weight Training Class but plan to step out of my comfort zone soon. I appreciate the variety they offer. 4. Each station has little tables to place your water bottle. Of course, these tables are out of the way of the workout station but are easy to access when you want a sip of water. 5. There is a refillable water station. 6. There are treadmills in one of the rooms, and you can use them whenever they're open! I love this so much because sometimes I'm too lazy to run outside or want to run after a workout, but it's dark, so I hop on those treadmills. 7. They have lockers and showers! You do have to bring a lock, but sometimes I leave my bag on the big table near the workout station, and it's been fine. You do you, though! The showers are great; they've always been clean when I go in there. This is random, but I love that the bottom of the shower has a pebble floor; it feels so good on my feet. 8. Everyone is so nice. I've had people offer to be my spotter and teach me how to use equipment when I was too shy to ask the trainer. 9. Tori, the owner, although I have not taken a class with her, I've been lucky to interact with her in passing. I appreciate that she has given me tips on form and the effort she takes to get to know her members. 10. I love the trainers. Not only do they go around to correct your form, but they also provide adjustments if you have any injuries. I mainly register for the evening classes and have been trained primarily by LaDon, K.O., and James. I'm thankful for their patience ( I ask so many questions) and guidance on my fitness journey, and I appreciate that they take the time to challenge me. So yeah, I hope you consider trying out this gym! I love it a lot, and I enjoy feeling stronger the more I come :)

I've truly never had anyone as passionate and caring as Jeremy. Not only does he come up with a regimen that works for your body, he genuinely cares about your success and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. I've lost over 80+ pounds while under his regimen and feel more confident with my body than I ever have. I started with the goal of just being able to not constantly be in pain. I didn't want to go down the medical way (no hate on oz) just because I wanted to be able to build up the strength I needed and knowledge to continue outside of his trainings. Not only has this improved my confidence, but it's improved my overall being. I can walk without feeling like passing out, and I can even run now (even though I still don't enjoy it lol). I have more energy now than I had in my twenties, I love being outdoors and I can pick up a box without feeling I need an epsom bath after. His pricing is extremely reasonable for the amount of knowledge and follow ups you get from him. He goes beyond that of any other trainer I've ever experienced. You will NOT regret it.
