At no point did I feel unsafe or afraid (except the moment we were perched on the side of the plane, but I think someone would be a little crazy to not feel a bit trepidatious at that point). Bruce and Rocky (our tandem partners) were very friendly and superbly comforting. They walked us through everything we were doing as we were doing it so we understood the whys and hows. They also showed us the beautiful sights of Vernon while we ascended. The views were spectacular! The jump itself was flawless. It feels as though you're actually flying and all fear leaves you as you leave the plane and it's an experience I can't quite explain.
