FYI, this is not a mega…read morereformer type of studio with loud music, micro pulsing until muscle failure or someone yelling in the mic "yes you can!" And thank goodness for that. The instructors are very hands on and there are a variety of classes and levels. My favorite thing about going to this studio all these years is that each class remains fresh and fun- flows are not repeated and you get out as much as you put in to the class. I recently celebrated my 250th class and can honestly say this is the only consistent thing I have done for my health. Coming from an orange theory background as well as casual running and lifting, I have never found another workout that keeps me coming back. It is low cortisol inducing, super fun and a great place to mentally reset for 50 minutes of your day. Front desk is always so friendly. Although I love all the instructors, shout out to Mackenzie and Aaliyah for always teaching immaculate classes and encouraging slow, CONTROLLED practice and correct form. For anyone on the fence, I definitely recommend trying out a free intro class and seeing if this will be a good addition to your routine. The only negative thing i have to say is the parking can be abysmal, so come early to avoid stress-circling the parking lot and settle into your station.

I had tried out 3 other Gym's similar to G6 before I started at their gym in this area. The other gyms although I enjoyed, didn't feel it had the same professionalism where each trainer really knew their stuff at G6 and it felt like family after getting to know everyone. Results: I ended up putting on 20lbs of muscle while at G6 over a few months getting into the best shape of my life (under 5% Body fat) and it also felt more a like a family atmosphere which meant a lot to me personally. I have also sent several friends there that felt similar. Why G6? I almost went the personal training route but it wasn't in my budget for that level of 1 on 1 which is why I went hunting. At G6, you get to have the coaches for questions/watching your workouts similar to a personal trainer, excellent programming to fit your needs, professionalism, and a great atmosphere with the other individuals you workout with which helps with encouragement. Since we were the only ones scheduled for the class, they kindly allowed us to arrive a little late. The front desk staff, along with Victoria, were very accommodating. When we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us, and Victoria met us to guide us to the room where our mat Pilates session would take place. The studio's interior was aesthetically pleasing, featuring a calm and airy environment with a stunning neutral color palette. It was quite cozy. I usually take reformer Pilates, but I really enjoyed the mat Pilates class. Victoria didn't go easy on us, and I appreciated the challenge. We all thoroughly enjoyed our pilates session. After the class, we took some pictures around the studio. The customer service was exceptional. If you're in the area and looking to try Pilates, I highly recommend checking them out!

I can actually feel my muscles working with intention (which I love). I've been taking the early morning Arms & Abs class with Selena and she's been great. The pace is perfect; not too fast, not too slow. She's really intentional with breath work and cues, which makes such a difference. Compared to other places I've tried... one didn't feel like a workout at all and another was so fast paced I couldn't even catch my breath. It felt more exhausting than effective, and I was pausing more than actually moving. I'm planning to try a Power Flow class soon and hoping I love it just as much as Arms & Abs
