My husband hurt his knee during the one week freebie (needed 3 mths PT, scans, the whole nine to fix). We told the instructor that we decided it wasn't for us 4 days into the free week. My husband opened the app and it instructed him to accept something in order to see what was on the app. Apparently that signed us up. We called the instructor again and told him we were not going to do the classes and my husband had to see a doctor. He told him he had to contact CS which was a joke and uploaded a letter from my husband doctor. They said they cancelled his membership but would not give him a refund. I just now checked the CC transaction history and they have been charging us since oct of last year..... During Covid (6mths)..... unbelievable. We don't really use the CC so we didn't think to look up the transactions. Now I'm going to have to call the bank and report it as fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO DURING THE TRIAL WEEK!!!!! Update: Beware.... Reported it to the bank and have requested a refund about 20 times from Camp Gladiator with only computer-generated responses. Made phone calls and still nothing. This company is a fraud save your money and join a reputable gym with an actual trainer. 152 complaints on the better Business bureau website of similar grievances. Even did the online chat and the woman admitted that they cannot give more than one month refund for any reason... Even fraud. Horrible horrible business model.

Jasmine was the instructor, she was unengaged (she asks you for your goals and music selection and never reads) and rude the camp is run like high school track practice. It's a 5:30 am start that is great if you have a busy work day ahead of you but not so great when you are singled out when you arrive late etc... vs. creating a positive do what you can environment and making everyone feel welcome and having fun with struggles. He focuses on 30 minute workouts that incorporate 10 minutes of strength, 10 minutes of cardio boxing and 10 minutes of core and stretches. The nice thing about them is you don't need to have a dedicated "gym" space to make this work in your office. Over the course of the two sessions, we had about 10 employees participate. All the employees gave very positive feedback about the sessions and asked if we would bring it back for good. Unfortunately, it was too expensive for our small company to pick up the entire tab for employees ($395/week for 1 time per week or $780/week for two sessions/wk.) and even if we did a 50/50 split with them, it would still end up costing them a good amount of money without a higher participation rate. BAB Fitness Solutions is a great concept and would probably work better for a slightly larger company that can afford to cover more of the cost or has more interested employees. Warren or his other trainers bring the music and all the equipment. All employees need to supply is a towel, water and willingness to get their butts kicked.

The other snap fitnesses in the area did not have a free weighted bench press. This one did! Third times the charm, right? They have everything I need. Very open space so it doesn't feel too crowded. Great location too! Most gyms are cold, so I usually bring a hoodie, 1 to sweat and 2 to keep my muscles warm. Here, it was perfect. I was able to take my hoodie off without freezing to death. This location will be seeing me for the next 4 weeks while I stay in Dallas.

The gym is ALWAYS very clean, you can tell the other members take care of the equipment and the staff are very helpful! It's very close-knit, or very hands-off if you want it to be. I enjoy the cleanliness, the 24 Hour access, and the safety security amenities they offer. You need a membership badge to get in and anyone who enters is encouraged to scan, even if someone opens the door for you. They're really big on accountability and put member safety first. I love this gym!
