When we come there we met a German assistant sales person, who told us the owner holds a British Passport, but was a Pakistani. We didn't bother on that, and took the time to look around. It was very impressive what they hard and thought the quality was in height standard. We then discussed our wishes, but rather our wishes and the measurement we had, the sales person was only interested to sale what was on display, hence telling us he can reshape display item, in our size. We didn't like it, and when we wanted a different fabric, the price was untouchable. The sales person was extremely rude, as my child touched items in the showroom, he was telling to my 2 year old son. "Don't touch..don't don't" hike we were beside him, we seriously felt bad, and had to leave. He then run after us to the car park, and said OH....I have a sofa on your budget. We looked each other, me and my wife and didn't know what to and how to respond. Bad attitude, forcing to sale things that isn't on your wish list. Other then that, very impressive items on display, in a ghetto place, in Acton.

They still however are taking money through their website. They've taken mine, now i have to get it refunded via a dispute through my credit card company.

This Currys seems to of had a refurbishment. Its now has white painted walls and it feels more…read morespacious. The staff are very helpful and have excellent product knowledge. I have been left more confident on what to get because of their knowledge. I like the fact that Currey have info boards to explain things like memory, battery life and hard drive etc.. near their Laptops and boards which explain what would be better suited to your lifestyle Net book or Laptop? I like the way everything is displayed laptops on one row, digital cameras on another. This store is very lovely to browse in as well. I like the Currey magazines which has all the current info on the products and specific mags for each one TVs, cameras etc. This store is in the shopping mall so you all got all the high street shopping chains under one roof.

They sell a whole range of electrical luxuries such as plasma TVs, Walkmans, ipod accessories, cameras, computers, video cameras, headphones (although they only have a small range) compared to other stores. The prices are good and they have had a sale on stuff each time I have been there. Last time they had a 30% sale on their TVs. I find Currys is a nice store to browse when you are looking to treat yourself and don't want to pay over the top prices.

You will always find me over at the kitchen stuff (to the left as you walk in). On the look out for a wooden chopping board I found 3 that I really liked. I chose the biggest one 29.99. They have a large selection of cutlery and crockery in this store which can rival any specialty cook shop. The prices are exceptionally good. I also find they have really cheap sofa's here and almost bought one for my spare room. All round a really good home ware store.

You can get really nice pillows/cushions for a good price. They also have cheap photo frames and kitchen utensils that are funky and durable. I bought some many years ago and I am still using them. Currently they have these hearts and dots collection in red and white - they have bowls, mugs, cup and saucer and biscuit tin. It is really pretty and I would go get some before they ran out of it. Their big furniture is really nice too. They have a set of really nice leather sofa on display and some nice tables as well. I think if you buy them in a set it might be a bit cheaper.
