On October 2, 2026, I purchased two tickets for the 12-Hour Deep Sea Special scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 7:30 AM. Order Number: 46949168 Total Paid: $248 Amount Lost: $124 I accidentally purchased two tickets when I only needed one. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the staff. I wasn't even asking for my money back. All I wanted was a $124 credit toward a future fishing trip. I thought that was a fair and reasonable request, especially since I was willing to come back and spend my money with their company again. When I called back to rebook, I spoke with Manager Bri and Assistant Manager Bailey. Bailey communicated what Bri had told her regarding my request, and the answer was NO. I was simply trying to use the $124 I had already paid toward another fishing trip. After being denied the opportunity to rebook, I requested a refund, and that was denied as well. TIMES ARE HARD RIGHT NOW! $124 might not mean much to a business, but it means something to me. I worked hard for my money, and I don't believe in just giving away $124 for a service I never received. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I wasn't asking for anything free. I wasn't even demanding my money back at first. I was willing to give Galveston Party Boats my business again! All I wanted was for them to honor the unused ticket as a credit toward another trip. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING WITH GALVESTON PARTY BOATS! Double-check your ticket quantity before paying. Based on my experience, if you make a mistake, don't expect much flexibility or understanding.
