I had the tires rotated about three weeks ago and the very day after they were rotated I noticed a noise from the front end of the car, it sounded like it was coming from the tires. It was like a rattling type noise.. It only happens when my car hits a certain speed like on the interstate, which, I have to drive multiple times throughout the day. When I had looked up possible causes for this noise one of them was, if the tires had been rotated, but not properly placed back on that, could be the reason. Also, my vehicle has been pulling to the left. So, The technician says that he needs to drive my car to check this out, so I give him the keys thinking he'll drive the car down the road and back and then when he comes back, he'll put it up on the lift inside their garage, and look underneath of it to Make sure that the bolts have been placed properly. Make sure that the tires were properly balanced, and make sure everything was properly aligned. But, that's not what he did, he walks back into the store looks at me and says "so how long has that steering wheel been crooked" I responded "it hasn't been. There's nothing wrong with my steering wheel". Then he says How long has it been pulling to the left? I'm like, since the day after you did the rotation. Then he tells me that the source of the sound has to be the ball bearings, and that I need to take my car to a general mechanic and have them check it out. He Didn't spend one second actually looking at the tires or checking the bolts that hold the tire on. As I mentioned before, I'm on the interstate all throughout the day several days out of the week. If God literally forbidding something goes wrong with this vehicle, it's not just my life! And this is my only vehicle to get to and from my job! And I cannot just keep taking off work and come in there and have somebody dismiss my concerns. So once I got to work, I had to find an automotive repair shop that is open past 5 o'clock so I can go and have my vehicle evaluated for something that even the repair man, over the phone, stated, sounded very much like whoever rotated the tires did not put something on properly or didn't align or balance them. Fortunately, this repair shop also does tire repair and replacement and alignment. Ps. The link they sent me in response to my review. Goes to a website for you to join their fleet program. No customer service anywhere in sight.

I have had my truck there twice, once to fix someone else's mistake and once to fix a blower motor that I didn't trust anyone else to do correctly. I was quoted a fair price for the replacement of my axle, and scheduled the repair for the following day. Upon arriving to pick up my car the next day, I was informed of several other issues with my car. I expected this, as my car has been aging and since many of the repairs were more costly than the value of the car itself, I opted to let things go as this car was/is a beater. During the explanation of issues, the woman, Becky, did a very nice and courteous job of explaining all the problems that they noticed with my car. She was very clear about the fact that my car was not long for this world, and that the repairs it needed were extensive and costly. To give an idea of what were talking about: The exhaust is rusted, flanges failing, no muffler, missing pipe from catalytic converter to muffler, EGR system flow low, tire pressures low, tire wear uneven, AC condenser fins wearing off, issues with upper radiator coolant hose, leaking oil from rear seal and front oil pump on the engine, etc. Certainly not good, but apart from the tires, nothing that is/was a safety issue. I had also intended on buying tires from this shop before my experience here. My objective in obtaining their professional opinion from this shop was to gauge how soon I needed to replace the car. I have had this car for 5 years and put 100,000 miles on it and have been expecting to replace it soon. During Becky's detailed and professional explanation, the other mechanic, John, chimed in from across the room to berate me over the state of my car. A few quotes from him: "This car is a complete piece of shit" "What kind of monkeys have you had working on this shit?" "You have severely neglected this car" "I am not happy about working on this junk", finally, dripping with sarcasm he stated "It's a real gem" Needless to say, I was offended by his lack of professionalism. Becky made an excuse stating they had a tough week. I understand that, but in all of my "tough weeks" I have personally never cursed at a customer or raked them over the coals for something as commonplace as driving a beater car. In short, the work and diagnostics were high quality and thorough. Had John simply kept his mouth shut, instead of giving into his urge to be senselessly rude, I would be very pleased with the service. If you don't mind paying someone to fix your car and curse at you when you pick it up, then this is the shop for you.
