I got yelled at for coming in a month early telling them I just put in for terminal leave and got told "Not our problem, Youll get you're orders when we call you"- Dude on the 3rd floor on the right. Is so misunderstanding and the way he talked to me is not the way you handle a job professionally in the "civilian" world.

As large as this installation is & as much as the Army has grown in the past 10 years, something needs to be done to make it simpler for service members and their dependents to obtain a CAC card or identification card. Extremely disappointed with the way things are run at this center & hope I am not at Ft. Hood the next time I need my ID card renewed.

Here lies my weekly go-to study spot! Full of knowledge and levels of quiet that I need to get work…read moredone. The staff at the front are always so pleasant and helpful, especially when they've seen me struggling at the self checkout several times before. I've got it down now, thanks to all of their help! I just love being surrounded by books so much that I'd work here if I could. The computer lab side of the library tends to be busy with soldiers coming in and out, but on the other side where there are empty desks and tables in the back corner is a nice quiet space. The children's section is a separate room all in itself. There are a handful of weekly gatherings for DND players on Saturdays, children's movies during the week, I think reading time for the kids as well as activities at the front desk for them to do while here.
