Really bad customer service. I strongly recommend finding another company as there are plenty…read more I spoke to Peter two weeks prior to when I needed a job done. I asked if he could come by our house anytime that week to give us a quote for two jobs. If the numbers seemed good, we would need the job done by the end of the following week. Peter said this would be no problem and that he would come by the house at the latest by the weekend. Just to be safe, I called on Friday (as he did not come during the week) to confirm that he would be coming on Saturday or Sunday. He asked to text pictures of our patio and said he might be able to come that day but if not to call him Saturday morning (the next day) to confirm a time. As requested I called on Saturday morning. No one picked up so I left a message and never heard back. He never came. He never followed up. We never got a quote or any response after multiple confirmations. Peter even said that they would most likely be able to do the job by the deadline as they weren't very busy that week. This is bad customer service at its finest. Telling a customer you are going to do something and not doing it is what you can expect from this company. I guess they don't want our service/money. Find another company. Don't give bad business owners business.

There were some circumstances…read morethat I was not aware of, that simply boiled down to cross communication, and texts sent to land lines. That does happen. While I still would require that anyone coming on the property to have been invited for their own security, I do understand that confusion on both sides, can make a tricky communication issue look much bigger than it is. In this case, being proactive and taking initiative was mis-interpreted as going off script. The issue has been resolved. OP - I sent in a request for information, specifically saying you had to email me to arrange for an appointment.
