They told me overall my roof was fine and to get the valley repaired. Jeremy came out and inspected my roof. Yes, the valley did cause my two rooms ceilings to get wet but I had broken, missing and sliding tiles. He took photos and a through drawing of all the issues I had with my roof. Hello, I originally contacted Jarco roofing about a re-roof on my house with Solar. in November of…read more23. I was told they were about 8 weeks out. I was ok with that. Well, it was a very wet winter and they did not make it out until the beginning of March 2024. The job was done. About 2 months later My solar breakers popped. I contacted Jaarco and notified them since I had never had previous problems That I would let them know if it happened again. It did. In 2025 I started getting ground fault errors. Don sent Chase from Haywire Electric out. Chase told me since there were no errors the day he came out there was nothing he could do. I had had an electric bill of over 1K previously due to the breakers popping about the time i had heart surgery in 2024 and was not staying on top of my solar at that time. I attempted to contact Chase again a short time later and he did not reply in a timely manner so I contacted another company and spent $1500 attempting to get the system fixed to no avail. I did finally get in touch with Chase and paid him I believe $1300 to fix the system. He told me if it didn't fix it we would work something out. It did not. I contacted Solar company paid $200 for an estimate. I was told the whole system was installed incorrectly and needed an entire rewire and he suggested I replace the inverter. Quote was 10K I again contacted Chase and Don to no avail. I asked to have Don come out and meet with me to examine the work his worked had done and assumed he declined since I never heard back from him. After the other company came out I spoke with Chase and he agreed the whole system needed to be rewired but did nothing to assist with Jarco to fix this. I spoke with Chase about him doing it since he felt the other companies quote was to high and the fact Don seemed to have washed his hands of me when he did not come out to meet. On November 24th 2025 chase told me he was out of town until 7th. On December 10th I text Chase once again. Chase replied that he had just returned from time off and was busy with work and the holidays He didn't know when he would be able to schedule me. On January 16th I again text him asking if he could do it or if I should look for someone else. I never heard back and have not stopped waiting. I have Photos of Broken Conduit and loose wires exposed to the sun running across my roof. I will be taking them to the Riverside County office with me tomorrow when I try to get a copy of the permit that I was told was supposed to have been pulled and to file a complaint against his contractors License.

They agreed to do the work and scheduled us for two days after the call. The price quoted seemed reasonable. The handyman arrived early, examined the job, got the supplies, went right to work. It took some new lumber, used most of what was on the ground so that I didn't have to pay for a lot of unnecessary material, rebuilt the section, removed all the rotted wood and old concrete, reset the section in new concrete, painted the new wood, and this part of the fence is rock-solid. The Handyman did a terrific job and we'll definitely call them again when the next job comes up.
