We came here for a snack and a drink and for free wifi. We wanted to try the local fare and they had a sign out front advertising the "Norway Plate." We ordered the plate and it was very tasty - lots of interesting things to try: some fish soup, smoked salmon, cheese, bread and butter, and reindeer. The portion wasn't huge but it was just what we were looking for. They were busy for lunchtime service but we didn't have to wait very long to be seated and to get our food. Overall a good experience and if you are looking to try the local fare, this is a good place to do so! read more

Nice place with large space, good for either smaller party size or group gathering. Catch of the day we tried is trout with crispy mushroom and herb sauce, trout was fresh and tender, very tasty. Service is a bit slow though, we waited quite a while for the dishes. read more

Full disclosure, I am a American and this was my first time in Europe. Overall food was great but the portions were TINY. Our apps, a duck dish (had slices that were thinner than deli meat) and chicken (small cubes but delish) were especially small. My ribeye was perfectly cooked (and I am a bit of a steak snob) but again tad bit smaller on my portion but others thought it was fair. If it was a bit cheaper I'd give it 4 stars but either the Norweigan prices and/or European portions brought it down. read more
