Buying something as expensive and important as a house virtually seemed nuts. But as the new year began we started getting the urge to just take a look. Who knew that within just a few weeks we would have an accepted offer? There is no one else we would have felt comfortable buying remotely with. And the only reason we changed from just looking to seriously buying was because we came to trust and rely on Billy's opinions. He is not just a savvy and knowledgeable realtor, he is truly a sincere and nice guy. He would warn us that even if we lose out on a house, in the end it always works out (and SPOILER ALERT he's right). But he still commiserated with us when we were outbid and he really went above and beyond when we were searching for the right home. And he really does want to find you the right home. He will be honest with you about any negatives he sees and he will steer you away from any bad decisions. Sometimes we were so keen to just get a house that we were willing to settle or make hasty decisions. But Billy makes sure that whatever house you get is a great house and whatever you do is sound and smart. And I'm so glad that he was there with us helping make all our decisions. He would give us daily updates of his endeavors going door to door and networking with other agents. In the end it was a note of his he left on the door of a house that was off the market that did the trick. We were able to buy a house that was miles better than any of the other houses we put offers on with basically no other competition. In the crazy housing market right now you need someone like Billy who is willing to go the extra mile. He was always trying innovative techniques to help us stand out amongst other buyers and that's exactly what it takes these days. He's continued to be invaluable after closing. He was great to bounce ideas around with about updating the house after moving in and he and Heather have been great with recommendations. He is always super responsive and I'm so glad I can still rely on him even after we've closed.

My husband and I recently worked with Scott Rodman to sell our townhome and purchase a new,…read moresingle-family home. Scott is a genuine pleasure to work with. He's warm but professional and his knowledge-base is incredible. Scott gave us excellent tips and recommendations for how to improve our townhome before we sold. With his help and enthusiasm for the property, we were confident enough to list higher than we were originally thinking and we were then able to sell at a sum above our asking price. He was equally impressive in our hunt for a new home. Scott made insightful observations and showed us properties that were within our desired budget and really demonstrated his understanding of our aesthetic. The market being what it is, we were worried we were going to get stuck in bidding wars and over-pay for a new home. Not so with Scott's help. He stayed on top of new listings and found us a property that checked all of our proverbial boxes. The closing process was much less worrisome than we anticipated with Scott's guidance. All told, we could not be more pleased with our buying and selling experience with Scott!

This was our first time selling and moving out of state already has its challenges and TM gave us one less thing to stress about. He met with us twice then we listed. His photographer was AMAZING. Holy moly you'll be blown away. TM has a great team and I know he will go far with his business. We are happy our selling process went smoothing (pending closing date obviously/fingers crossed) we listed on a Thursday and we signed Friday night after a few amazing and strong offers. Tyler let us know the options and I truly asked him what he would do if it was himself. And of course we went with his advice. This is my number one thing I needed from a realtor and he went above and beyond. I needed someone knowledgeable that will give us our best options and advice. He will have your back he's upfront, tell you what he needs from you and will negotiate if needed with buyers. I also appreciated him giving us compliments about how prepared we were upon listing our house. Also he complimented us about our positive feedback we kept receiving by saying he hadn't had this much feedback on cleanliness as we take pride in our home. And if you can deal with me and my obnoxiousness and sassiness LOL you are doing your job right. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and team. Holy smokes we are moving out of state!!!!!! Tyler, we owe you everything (even a white claw) and am so thankful for you. Cheers ;) thanks for everything!!

After interviewing several agents, I met with Thang. We clicked immediately, talking to Thang was like talking to an old friend. Thang is not pushy, he listens to your thoughts and concerns. Every realtor has a different approach and I felt the most compatible with Thang. Thang's hardworking team, Ben, Stephanie and Angella were also a pleasure to work with. My condo had been a rental for many years so Thang and Ben coordinated some needed updating and had it professionally staged. His team put together a beautiful marketing flyer and had open houses every weekend until it sold. Thang is very optimistic, he finds the positive in every situation. Even when the first offer fell through, he managed to put me at ease. Selling a home can be stressful but I was always confident Thang and his team were doing everything possible to sell my property. I am most grateful for their dedication and hard work. It was great to work with genuinely a nice group of people.

Feeling defeated I thought I would test these waters. Everyone came back the same: sight unseen... $100,000. No way. Brett was the only person to come out and actually see my home, he then offered $107,000. Still too low to even consider. Brett did offer to have an agent from his office reach out. Kelly Taucher reached out... I'm not sure what it was.. her tone? Her optimism? Just speaking to someone who sounded interested in helping me sell? Whatever it was? I felt this...relief? Confidence? wash over me. I felt like she meant what she said and she could get my property sold! Then there was: I live about 18 miles away but I still drive over to the condo once a week or every ten days to run the water and flush the toilets. Without even asking her, Kelly said: I'm only a few miles away I can save you a trip and do that for you. Thank you! Once Kelly saw the condo, she suggested taking down the window treatments. I replied I had confidence in her thoughts so, she could go ahead. I also heeded her advice when she suggested I pay to have the condo staged; so it looked more welcoming, helped buyers imagine living here. Kelly was always helpful and never told me no when I had a petty(?) request. Such as: swing by the condo after a showing to turn off lights as all agents tend to leave some on. Kelly was also ahead of the curve thinking before listing she came through w a swiffer to tidy up the dusty floors, as I had moved out months before. Kelly was helpful from our inaugural meeting. We discussed listing price; how long we would let that price ride before dropping it and the next drop amount would be? I appreciated Kelly's confidence and effort in wanting to make sure the property sold. As I told Kelly when I handed over the keys at closing. Thank you! I had confidence in you but I didn't have confidence the condo would sell. A million times THANK YOU. After nearly seven months on the market I had started to lose hope this day would come!! I told Kelly this process was so traumatic I don't ever want to move again but should I? I will definitely be reaching out to her. I will also refer any friends in the market to buy or sell. to contact her. I told her another owner in my building is looking to list and asked me about my experience and for Kelly's information? If you're looking for a realtor who puts her clients needs first and goes the length to make sure your property is properly exposed for full traffic, I would recommend, no, I would highly recommend contacting Kelly Taucher @ Kris Lindahl. Behind the scenes who you may never meet is Transaction Coordinator, Christy. She will make sure all your paperwork is processed, communication happens between all parties & all time-frames are established & met. I mean Christy was on top of everything...I never had a worry that things weren't happening or that something was overlooked. Seamless you might say. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kelly and Christy for taking such good care of me & my anxious worries. Thank you Brett for choosing Kelly to reach out to me . Kelly made this such a smooth and fantastic experience compared to a previous one.

Recommendation for Zac Bidelman/Keller Williams Preferred Realtor/Huerkamp Home Group…read more I first met Zac Bildelman after inquiring about a property that I was interested in. He made an appointment and showed me the property that same day. My first impression was that he was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions readily. I realized over time that because of all his additional attributes (Professional, always responsive, and very patient), he was the perfect realtor. It had been over 30 years since my husband, and I had previously scoured the cities in search of that one perfect realtor to help us find the house that was perfect for us at that time. Zac Bidelman patiently spent at least two years showing me various properties. He quickly fine-tuned the amenities that I was in search of until it basically came down to 3 or 4 properties. Once the perfect location came on the market, he helped me create an offer that he presented immediately. His quick action was the sole reason that I was able to buy the property that was perfectly suited to me. The second phase of my quest was to subsequently sell my house. During that process Zac assisted me with the preparations of getting the house we built 33 years prior ready for sale. His company hired an inspector and then advised me how to prioritize what to repair from the inspector's list. Zac had a "Stager" available to me who helped me get the house aesthetically ready to be viewed. The professional photographer that he used took exceptional photographs that helped present my house in the best possible light. This also included drone shots which helped highlight the fabulous view from and around my home. Regarding setting the sales price of my house, he listened to my input of what I felt the price should be set at - given that I knew my property and adjacent locations so well after living in the house for over three decades. Because of his skills as a realtor, my home sold in one day. For any and all of the above-stated reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend Zac Bidelman and his very accomplished assistants and team.
