We had one issue where we thought there might have been a leak and they immediately moved us to a different unit, no problem. We borrowed the trailer on 2 different occasions and it was simple and easy. Having that available definitely saved us money as we went through a move. Here's the best thing - when we completed our time there, we left the lock/key in the unit and I hadn't gotten around to calling to let them know our unit was empty and we were done. Well, THEY called US to let us know that they noticed our lock was off and the unit was empty, and when did we leave so we could get our payment for the month prorated/refunded! What a great way to do business - looking out for your customers in every way. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with this family owned business.

He was ready to take it all that day. We scheduled for later in the week and the rate seemed reasonable and worth the investment. Other situations arose in which we had to cancel the scheduled cleanup. None the less Mark was understanding. Should we need cleanup in the future we'll be sure to call back. I needed the same day garbage/junk/recycling service, as I was closing on selling my house the next…read moremorning. I texted them in the early afternoon. They responded within the hour and came out the next morning. They asked for the amount I had for them to remove and for a picture to give an estimate at the time of response. I had roughly 1/4 of a 2 car garage full of garbage/junk/recycling to remove. I sent the picture that late afternoon. I heard nothing back on an estimate until the next morning after they had already had it loaded up when I arrived at the house. It was $375 to remove it all. I don't know if they took credit card/debit card (or any other form of electronic payment) or check. With no response on the estimate, I had no idea how much to money to bring with. I'm glad I brought more than enough. He offered me a receipt hand written out on paper, but I declined. I had WM cans included in the garbage/junk/recycling and they dropped them off, which would have been a separate charge for WM to come get. It was brought to my attention that there was a bed liner from a truck, where wood was being kept in to burn in my fire pit, that I didn't know was behind our garage, that needed to be removed, until after they already came for the removal. I reached out and asked if they would be able to come and grab it (charging more or not) within a day and a half and I heard no response from them.

About $5 for the second to largest machine. Took me a second to figure out the dryers, but if you look up the instructions are right above you, .52 for ten minutes on the dryer. Overall, pretty clean and a little pricey. Next to a grocery store and coffee shop. Pretty quiet on a Wed at 1pm.

Swiping didn't seem to work but then I noticed the card could be inserted. $4.00 and up to wash. Dry was $4.00 and up and gave 33 minutes. All laundry done and folded in just over an hour. Plenty of folding tables and rolling baskets. Really appreciated the hand washing station. Did not use the restrooms. Snacks and beverages available.

It's clean, has free WiFi, a sitting area, vending machines, and restrooms. Both the washers and dryers look brand new and are made by Speed Queen. They accept payment via Apple/Android Pay, their app (which I did not use) or coins. My loads came out clean and fresh and I was in and out in about an hour. (30 min for wash and 30 for dry) they have small machines and dryers all they way up to massive size. They're open from 5a to 1a daily. If only my other laundromat experiences were this seamless. Highly recommend!
